Since the recent change in ownership, there has been a noticeable decline in both service quality and overall operations. Many of the familiar employees appear to have left, and unfortunately, it shows. Beyond the operational issues, the quality of the wash itself has become inconsistent. There have been multiple occasions where my vehicles were not fully clean after going through the wash, which is frustrating given the premium monthly cost. Today's experience was particularly disappointing. I pulled up for a wash and waited over 20 minutes while several vehicles that arrived after me were taken ahead of mine. There was no apparent system for managing the line and ensuring customers were helped in the order they arrived. I understand that ownership transitions can create challenges, but the combination of declining service quality, long delays, and lack of basic customer service is difficult to overlook, especially as a long-time, paying member. I'm hopeful things improve, but at this point, it's hard to justify the cost given the current experience..

So I complied. $16.99 for the lowest level wash & you get to vacuum your car out pre wash. I prefer to do this as I find so many Gems in this process. They even have an air compressor to blow out those tiny spots before you vacuum. That was a bonus for me. Leave the keys in the car and they take it from there. Hand washed and then they run it through the rinse cycle. Hand dried and windows cleaned. It was good for the price. I will go back and see what a more expensive wash gets me.

The vacuum area is nice, there are always microfiber cloths and squirt bottles. There's a thing to hang mats to make it easier to vacuum them. I especially like the compressed air. It's very good for getting grime out of the seams. It's in a nice shady place and is pleasant to visit. The air freshener dangle thingies smell great. I wish they'd last longer or be available for purchase in liquid form. I think the value is good. We pay about $30/month for the medium level washes, per car. That's a little less than one lunch out for the two of us. I can sacrifice a lunch to be able to keep a clean car with little effort. I only wish the guy who spritzes the car in the beginning, would do both sides. I've only seen him spray the left side. ‍ Hence 4 stars instead of five. After all, five is perfection and it isn't 100% perfect to do only one side.

Previously he had performed a hybrid application, Feynlab V1 on the doors, the hatch and to the quarter panels and Feynlab V3 to the front bumper, hood and roof. REVIEW: I love this gas station! For many reasons, including they are participating users of The Upside (see my bio) and the Rocket inside is so cool! Huge, open space. Many varieties of snacks and drinks, more so than the average convenience stores around the county. This is a big plus for me. Also, v clean restrooms! Whoop. Plus, they have a car wash/detailing on site (must try them next!) and you can also get an oil change if needed. Since it's conveniently located right next to the freeway you can pop here if you're in greater need than gas or snacks. The customer service is OK. I would definitely recommend!
