Moral of story: The manager is rude (seeks feedback and then defends her customer abuse. This explains why their aestheticians keep leaving all the time). Called for feedback and then offered nothing in return other than a "we can be late but you can't" explanation. Not returning. Third bad experience here and I'm done. Buyer be wary. They are NOT nice to customers or understanding. Aestheticians are great but managers, not so much.

She asked me for pics of my hair and inspo pics. I sent my hair now and older cuts had. Also a few inspo/goal pics. Then I text her to confirm the appointment and checked to make sure she felt comfortable with short blended styles. (not a lot of stylists do these days) and then she said that because she's never cut my hair that she couldn't get it "perfect", and immediately cancelled my appointment without another word. It was very strange and rude. I never said she had to cut it "perfect". I said the inspo pic was perfect. So odd. Anyway, guess I dodged a bullet.
