I have been coming to this salon for a couple of years now... and I have to say it has GONE downhill... The pricing is inconsistent (depending on who is doing your nails) they will overcharge you staff seems unhappy / rude... they never use to be this way and new management (the guy) working there does nothing to acknowledge any of the wrong doings They do have a great gel selection on colors but other than that find somewhere else honestly read more

We had our pedicures next to each other for the first 20 to 30 minutes then they took us on completely the other side of the building to have our nails done then when I went up to pay it was almost $300 for two full sets and two pedicures that is absolutely insane. Freaking love it here. I'm from Chicago, but come and visit Oregon to see my grandmother every year. We decided to get pedicures and when I tell you this is one of the best pedicures I've ever had I like can't emphasize this enough. My grandmother had Sarah for her Mani and Pedi and she was absolutely kind and expertly handled my grandmother's care. I also had an awesome pedi as well. The place is calm and relaxing. This place is amazing. I've been to sooo many nail salons and most of the time they either don't turn out right or they don't last how they should. This place does a great job, I got the recommendation from someone in passing and have been going for months now. I've had 4 or 5 different girls do my nails and all of them turned out perfect and lasttt. Not to mention all the girls are very nice. They always offer me something to drink and have many options to choose from cocktails, mocktails, soda, diet soda, tea, water. It definitely gives a luxurious environment and atmosphere. I had my nails done almost 1 month ago! The first week I lost a thumb nail, they made an exception and fixed it at no charge, the second week I lost my other the nail, and the 3rd week I lost a nail on my index finger! I called them and explained what happened and they said that is normal for that to happen after 2 to 3 weeks! I said my daughter had hers done on the 18th of May and has had no problems with hers and she had the same exact thing as me and same pattern also and it's been over a month and she still has hers on! I said I didn't feel that was fair when I spent 115.00 on my nails for them to say this it normal!! Also the person on the phone said they would have the owner call me back and she never did! This is not good customer service at all. I can't afford to pay this kind of money to have my nails for them not to last even a month. Not happy at all!!! read more

what used to be a 4-star review is now a 1-star. I called like I always do and was told it was best to come right away, so I did. I stood around waiting for 20 minutes. Then I was told they changed their packages since 2 weeks prior and the same pedicure was going to cost 33% more (seriously?!). I should have left then but I have been coming here faithfully... Well, the person who did my pedicure was terrible. I had to tell her 4 times that I was NOT getting gel. If I'm able to send pictures, they will clearly show why I am extremely dissatisfied with the $30 (minimum benefits- this is the very basic manicure) as well as the $40 very basic pedicure. I'm not expecting any bells and whistles however, I do expect for my nails and toenails to look better when I leave, than when I arrived. I was at the salon just shy of an hour. In that time the technician did a mani pedi lip wax and brow wax. That shoes what little time was spent on the mani & pedi my fingernails have clear polish my toenails had color polish which was not completely dry and got onto my Sandals I can't rate the lip and brow wax yet however 0 stars for mani pedi.
