Here's a tip for the manager- when someone walks in tell them the wait time. Don't sit two customers when you have two others waiting without giving them a wait time. I had to ask after noticing we were sat down for pedicures with no water running and no polish books given to us for 15-20 minutes. I call this bad service and communication. Prices are good not too expensive for any service with regular polish but once gel is involved why is anyone spending over $50? I brought my grandmother here for a mini pedicure hers turned out great. Unfortunately for me everything was good up until the guy stated painting my nails. He didn't cover my whole toenail???? Left lots of clear space on majority of my toes but decided to add a top coat and walk away. After looking at my feet I asked for the polish to reapplied and cover all my toes. I had gotten my nails done by someone else before my time at this spa and as much as I loved the girl, I felt much more at ease when I came here. I really had to trust the process because I've been practicing doing my own nails and I know how I want it to look and what I would do if I had the tools and experience. I guess you can say I'm a recovering perfectionist. My nails before: done in a rush, not as much attention to detail (the shape of the nail, reaching the cuticle but not flooding it, not painting the nail edge of each nail, not buffed and cleaned thoroughly). I don't know the lady's name that did my nails but her sister's name is Vanessa lol. My nails after: I already felt better being able to see my cuticles filled (I only had my nails for a week and they looked like I've had them 2-3 weeks), the shape on the sides of my nails corrected- including the nail arch/apex, the length at what I actually wanted, and she painted the edge of my nails! Unfortunately, I have been going to this salon for years and will never again because of one employee. I waited 20 minutes before anyone came and helped, normally not something I would complain about, they were busy and short staffed. I had one lady doing my pedicure and another doing my nails. I told the girl who was doing my nails what I wanted and she kept insisting I do something else to the point where I just relented. Then she started to cut them into a shape I didn't want or ask for, I told her I didn't want that shape and she lied to me and told me the "dip" would make them more square. I got there at 6:15 and didn't walk out the door until 8:20. She kept going over and over the nails with something and redipping them over and over. To the point where it was almost comical (but really it wasn't! lol). She then moved me from the pedicure chair to the desk and then continued to do the same thing over and over for another 10 minutes. As my nails were drying by the fan she asked if she could get my wallet out of my purse which I was like......ok...?? and before I could say yes or no she was reaching in, grabbed it, took my cash out, left a tip for herself and then asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the lady that did my pedicure. I threw $5 down and walked out. Three days later they started popping off. I will NEVER step foot in this salon again. read more

This has been my go-to salon for years, but my last 2 visits have made me never want to return. The last pedicure I recieved here, the lady cut my toe-nails WAY too short l, even after I had asked her to stop and told her she was hurting me and it ended up bothering me for several days. She also complained about the color I chose because it had glitter and would require multiple coats even though I get the same color every time. Then i went in for another visit, for a full set of pink and white acrylics for my wedding. The man who did mine, who I believe is the owner, 1: told another one of his female nail techs that she was speaking too loudly and made things awkward. 2: did not trim my cuticles at all, but instead kept trying to use the drill to get rid of dead skin, which hurt me, and I let him know, but he continued anyway. I left with the nails looking okay at best upon further examination, but several of my cuticles are now bleeding and ugly for my wedding. I'm extremely disappointed. Will not return. read more

I have been to this salon twice now. Once back in the beginning of January and I went again two days ago. I have to say I am VERY impressed! Anyways, the perks are this salon is clean, well decorated, efficient, and friendly. I've never had to wait to get a pedicure. Someone on staff always offers me a complimentary soda/water/juice ASAP. I like that they use the fresh citrus on you after the exfoliating scrub! It smells fresh and feels cool. They also put fake flower things in your water. Oh, and they are clean. They use the foot tub covers! My favorite pedicure spot. I will go across town to this place because it is worth it for the level of service they provide. The prices are also reasonable! I love coming here because not only are they super close to my house but they're comfortable, nice and accommodating. I will usually bring my 4 year old daughter with me to get a pedicure and they have the little kid chair and she absolutely loves it! They are so kind and patient with her. My husband will also occasionally go too with us and get a pedicure. Since opening after Covid-19 they have taken all necessary precautions. There is hand sanitizer and masks waiting outside the door, they check temps at the door and have you sign a disclosure. They were super clean before but now even more. They've added plastic shields and sit everyone a chair apart. I appreciate this and will continue going here for the foreseeable future. read more

I was pleased with the English of most of the people there, and the cleanliness of the salon in general. However I am not pleased with the nail design I requested on the accent nail. If she couldn't do the design then she shouldn't have said she could! I ended up stuck with it and unhappy at the end result. Kim is a wonderful person and likes to joke around with the clients. She floats around to make sure all clients get what they need and that there isn't anything she needs to personally do for the clients. I always call and schedule an appointment with Kim. Victor is also great. He does my nails if Kim isn't available. Billy is my go to guy for pedicures. I'm always so relaxed and my feet are rejuvenated every time... I did notice while I was waiting one woman was complaining saying she's waited 45 mins for a wax.. she didn't seem happy at all and eventually left without her wax bc the wait time. So I don't know? But my review is for my experience and I was over all well pleased. I did feel the prices seemed high but I don't know if that's the going rate or not? I don't usually get my nails done. And I did get he gel polish which I understand is more expensive. My total was $59 for a gel manicure and gel toes done (no pedicure just paint).. I came here for the first time and I'm in love! Every single person at the nail salon was so sweet and funny. I am definitely going to be switching nail salons. I am not sure how they were pre-pandemic but as of right now, it is very clean and they have placed shields around each station. Pricing was average. However, the only negative comment I have is that the manicurist removed my acrylic full set by sliding something under them and just yanking them off, instead of using acetone and aluminum foil. I opted to go into the salon to get them removed in hopes of not damaging my natural nails but it turned out to be the same and she charged me 10 dollars for it!!!! I was unhappy about that because my natural nails still got destroyed and I had to pay an absurd amount for something I could have done. But lesson learned I guess. Regardless, I do reccomend checking them out, just don't get your acrylics removed. read more

Had same nail tech fix THE nail; not the remaining paint from previous, not removing old nail under acrylics, or fixing the bumps and thickness off nails. After just two more days another popped off.
