I found the sugar wax to be superior to the regular waxes I usually get, less painful and apparently more likely to leave ingrowns. Natalia did an excellent job paying attention to every detail and made me have a comfortable experience with fantastic results. I've had a few bad experiences with other wax chains, but once you try Sweet Peach you're guaranteed to be a loyal customer. Their wax is super gentle compared to anywhere else. Also, the environment is clean, warm, and welcoming, and Candy is super bubbly and friendly. Candy finished my Brazilian and underarms in a pain free 20 minutes and left no hairs. This was my first time ever being late. As I was walking in the door, my phone dinged with a $5 no show fee. My aesthetician was standing there and told me that she would not be able to take me because she'd already taken her next appointment back. She said I could come back in three or four hours when she had an opening, but that did not work with my schedule. Their website states that 10 minutes late is a no show- with no mention of how long your appointment was. Sadly, they lost three customers this morning over that five minutes.

She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything.
