Both were very attentive as to what I wanted, and asked multiple times if color, length, texture, etc., were to my liking. This was my first time receiving acrylic nails, and the gentleman nicely pointed out that gel color would last longer. The lady helped me pick out the exact color, and was willing to change it should I want. I feel compelled to state all this since a customer was very rude to the lady (who I heard ask the customer multiple times if she liked her nails) and I wanted to show my support for the nail technicians and their small business. It is wise to make an appointment beforehand, and let them know that you may have some time restraints. If so, they will definitely try their best to accommodate you! This is a detail oriented establishment, and I am excited to come back soon! read more

My mom and I went in for a pedicure around 3:30 and didn't leave until 5:30 so not the quickest pedicure option. The first tech I had knicked me and my toe was bleeding. Instead of cleaning it up and then putting glue on it to keep it from bleeding more, she just put glue on the pool of blood and kept going. She then painted the other foot with my requested color and when it came to the other foot, she tried to say that I didn't want color on that toe (I very much did want color on that toe). Multiple people came over to look at it and kept apologizing and I understand mistakes happen. Many people reassured us that the service would be free (1. Because they cut me and 2. I ended up having to change colors to hide the blood pool) so I left the salon once mine was done. My mom finished shortly after and they proceeded to tell her that they HAD to charge (even though at least 3 told us it was free). The 2nd tech I had was fantastic and deserved the tip and the payment. I just find it sketchy and not a great business practice to say one thing and then go back on it. So here I am with a big blood clot on my toe with nail polish around it. Just be wary when going to this salon. read more

I called v, owner, for an appointment. She set it for the following day because Danny was too busy. She took my number and everything. I drove all the way from Peyton ( over 45 minutes) for the appointment and neither she nor Danny was even there. The tech laughed at me when I said that she specifically set it for today. Very unprofessional and rude. They originally quoted me a wait time of 10-15 minutes-after an hour of waiting, the nail tech told me she only had 10 minutes and if I wanted a basic basic pedicure. Keep in mind there was one lady behind me and they even let her go before me because they were waiting on one specific nail tech. After letting her know I did not want to be rushed she said, "I don't have time for this." Not even an apology for the manager who was aware of the whole situation. The guy made my cuticle bleed during my manicure. After they charged me $89 for a basic pedicure ($32 in the brochure) and basic manicure ($22 in the brochure) with gel polish. When I questioned them they said they charge an extra $20 for UV Gel polish for both my mani and pedi (an extra $40) when the additional services list says it is $5 (that's normal so I would have been at $32+$22+10= $64. The woman said there is no $5 charge for anything and when I pointed it out on the brochure she said no it's $20 extra for each. No wonder I was able to come in on a Saturday in the middle of the day in December. These people are scammers and my gel is uneven and looks like crap. Stay away. I would have given no stars but you need to give at least one. read more

My daughter took me and her sister here. We had a great time. We got the Deluxe Pedicure and Dip polish. When I went to rate while there I was surprised to see all the poor reviews on here. I have been to many places around the world while serving in the military. I was very pleased with the service. It was very busy. But, that should be expected. The staff were also communicating in their native tongue...again not shocking to me. I didn't notice any poor sanitation practices. This is important to me and I always keep an eye out for this. They used only new supplies. No paper towels used to separate our toes. Also, my oldest daughter got the dip polish 4 weeks ago. Beside her nails growing out her nails looked amazing. She works in the medical field, so she is quite busy. She also does work 10-12 hour shifts. Being able to walk in and get great service when she has a day off is great. The ladies that did our pedicures did a great job. I love the massage chairs, and the water was hot. The stone massage was so nice. We got flowers on our big toes. Beautiful flowers with jewels. Each technician had their own way of doing their flowers. I had Nancy, my oldest daughter had Helen, and my other daughter had Che. They did amazing! Granted our feet are in great shape. I am a firm believer in regular foot care. The paraffin for our feet was so relaxing. For our dip polish I had Danny, my oldest can't remember her ladies name (amazing job), and my younger daughter had Kim. Danny was busy during my service. But, despite that he did an exceptional job. He was very pleasant to talk to and made my experience even better. I also got my brows and upper lip waxed by Amber. Great job! She got them to look as I like. She also waxed my younger daughters brows. She was thrilled. I am a member of The Club at Flying Horse. The Spa there will give you the quiet experience some have mentioned not getting from Premier Nails. Mainly appointment only and only a few customers at a time. Service is exceptional. Prices are much higher and even higher for none members. But, I got the same quality here in the service as there. You won't get quiet ambience at Premier Nails. But again, that should not be expected. I highly recommend Premier Nails. I plan to return for maintenance. read more

My mom, sister and I went to this nail salon because we thought it would be a nice choice since it was inside of the mall. The service was great and we all got a pedicure and manicure which all ended up being very pretty. Everything seemed very clean and it wasn't loud or crazy which was very nice. The person I had gave a wonderful massage on my legs/feet and hands. My mom had a girl named Canada and she was very, very kind and my mom was extremely happy with her. I give this place a two star rating cause I was expecting my nails to be pretty good but when I left nail salon I had 3 crooked nails out of my 10 nails. I don't know the guys name but the older guy with glasses did my nails I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT GET HIM. By far they were pretty rude to their staff but other than that they schedule us in right away. Also to mention my friend had Vee and she did an amazing job but my guy didn't even cut and clean my nails before doing them! I'm beyond pissed at his effort in doing my nails! Got three pedicures done. Mine was basic and my daughter and her friend was deluxe. I had my toes done over a month and a half ago and the nail polish is still on without any chips!!!!! I used to go to this place all the time when they were next to Macys. This is the first time I have gone to their new place. They have upped their price from 15.00 to 26.00 for a basic pedicure. The scrapping of dead skin off your feet is no longer included and is a 5.00 EXTRA charge. It was horrible. My skin is rough, they didn't cut my nails the way I requested, and my nail polish was on my skin, some cuticle still hanging off. The person who did this was so drepressed and sad, I felt sorry for her, so didn't say anything. I walked away with my skin rough and now having to go a different place to get it done properly. I am so disappointed. It used to be such a great place. I will never return now. NO WAY is this "basic" pedicure worth 26.00. You used to get more with the 15.00, now you get less with the 26.00. I wish I could give zero stars but that isn't an option. I came in a week ago for a basic pedi with a white tip. Ann - told me put my feet in the water and did not even let my feet soak for one minute before she started on my nails. I could tell they were rushing my services to accommodate "walk ins" (I had an appointment) I didn't make a bother of it until TWO days later.. The white tips on ALL of my toes are BROWN I mean completely brown. I have never experienced this EVER. I can assure you it has nothing to do with my hygiene - and has everything to do with the materials they are using at their salon. I tried to scrub them with a toothbrush and peroxide to see if the white color would come back and they were STILL brown. I am absolutely disgusted especially because I tip very generously for these services. Please do yourself a favor and do not patronize here! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never paid $56 for dip nails on my natural nails EVER in my 25 years of existence. Everywhere I've been in the springs I have been charged no more than $40 for a dip mani. Last min price jack up apparently because their prices clearly said $40 for a dip mani. Got powder dip nails done on June 6 had to come back on June the 11th for repairs as they were cracking and chipping. Was charged $7 for repairs after being charged $45 initially. On June 15th had to return as they all were chipping and cracking and had to pay $10 to have them removed. Never again will I waste my money or time period at least you have been forwarned read more

I've been coming to premier Nails in chapel Hills mall for about 3 years now. I typically book my appointments with Vee for a full set or fill. Her work is quality and I always leave satisfied. I have also had Danny and a few others do my nails too and never had any issues. The mall closed for a while due to the pandemic but once salons were officially permitted to open, Premier nails opened up for business for appointment only. I was very impressed with the initial precautions management took. Minimal people are allowed in the salon at a time. All staff and customers required to wear a mask. Shielding Glass is set up at each station. Customers are required to wash their hands upon arrival. Customers are spread apart for pedicures. Even with all the extra precautions, i left my appointment with my nails looking great! read more

I went in was sat immediately for my dipped nails. He never trimmed my cuticles or did anything other than use the drimmel tool. He was speaking to the other nail techs the entire time. It sounded like they were all fighting. I have no clue what they were saying, but it was very harsh and a worker grabbed money out of her purse and gave it too him and walked out. I was then sat for my pedicure. I told the lady 3 times the water was cold, which was never corrected even though she kept adding water. I don't know if they had hot water. She never spoke to me or asked anything other than....this your color. She cut me 4 different times. When she was done applying polish, she said wait here until dry. She went outside into the mall and sat on a bench. While sitting there I felt a sharp part on a nail that was missed. I waited there for 25min and she never came back in, so I put my sandals on. I asked the man to fix the sharp area that was left. He grabbed cuticle clippers and ripped it off. I was bleeding. He said see you in 2 two....my reply I think not. $76 I'll take my money elsewhere. I hope I don't get an infection from this place! Avoid if possible. read more

They do good nails, but they have no idea how to run a business or provide good customer service! If you walk in and they tell you it will be five or ten minutes... What they really mean is 25 or 30. Don't even get me started on appointments. They don't really honor those so you might as well just walk in. After years and years, it was the final straw when I walked in at 3:25pm for a 3:30 appointment and was told my nail tech wasn't even there and wouldn't be until 4pm. I never bring my five year old, but she wanted to go and it was supposed to be a quick fill so I let her tag along thinking I'd be in and out in half an hour. Now I'd have to wait for more than half an hour before even starting! This has happened not once, not twice, but so many times I cannot count and not once has anyone even apologize. I've been a loyal customer following these nail techs for more than 15 years! If this is how they treat me, imagine how they'll treat someone new. read more

I'm highly disappointed. First off , to walk in at 7:13 and leave at 8:40 for a "basic" pedicure is ridiculous. The pedicures use to be $16 ,however now increased to $26. The chair they put me in , didn't work , they did offer to move me , but the water was ran and I didnt want to be difficult. The woman who did my pedi was nice. I talked on the phone abt 40% of the time , so there was no conversation between us which was ok. I do get gel polish , and my grand total $46 !!!!! THEY CHARGE $20 FOR GEL POLISH, are you flipping kidding me?!?! For that reason alone I will never return & I will definitely NOT recommend them at all. This was the first time for me going to them. So to start off when me and my mom got there I got assigned to a lady that was going through school so she could only do limited things. I think it's ridiculous that we have to pay full price to get someone who forgot a few things and also couldn't paint nails so I had to be passed off to someone who could. Well my mom paid for me to get gel polish and after only 1 hour from being done my polish had a huge chip in it. Now this lady never told us her name so when I called to complain they basically said since I didn't know her name there wasn't much that could be done even though I gave them her whole life story. Her name was Heaven, I'll never forget her! Absolutely lovely in every way. Truthfully I wanted to leave a good review. I kept trying to tell myself my nails didn't look that bad....but they do and I am sad. Especially sad because this was a treat for me. My husband wanted to get my nails done for a date we had the next day. Starting from the beginning the whole experience was not great. We walked in and the man started immediately yelling at us from another table asking what we needed...which was odd because there were several employees sitting around on their phones who should have been able to come up to the front desk and ask us personally. He then try's to find someone to do the basic acrylic I am asking for and waves at me to sit at one of the tables. She asked me what color I wanted and that was the extent of our conversation for the hour I was there. That part wasn't so bed because I hate small talk. She did not remove the nail polish in the corner of my nails. She did not even push back my cuticles to properly apply the acrylic. She finished the acrylic, painted them, and rushed me out the door saying they looked good. She charged me 50 and I tipped 10 as that was what I had allotted for tip and I hadn't really had a chance to look at my nails. The polish is streaky, and the acrylic is uneven and some oddly shaped. It's been 5 days and it looks like there's been 2 weeks of growth. I'm so upset and disappointed. Don't waste your time or money, at least on nails there. Their pedicures seem popular. read more

This salon is a joke! They advertise a 20% off coupon on their website, so I went there for a pedicure! This pedicure took an hour and a half because the man doing my pedicure sepnt half of his time talking to his co-worker while "working" on my feet! On top of that, when I went to pay for the marathon pedicure, I took out my 20% coupon, and was informed that you could only use the coupon if you're paying with cash! They proceeded to tell me that I could use the ATM in their shop (of which the get a fee) to get cash! I ended up paying with my credit card because I refused to take part in this ATM scam! I love going here. They do the best gel nail and French manicure I've gotten anywhere. My gels always last at least 3 weeks. The one time my gels started to peel within a week, Vy and Danny made it right. Pedicures are wonderful here and they never make you feel like they are rushing your service, even when they are very busy. I went in with a friend and got shellac gel, a good selection of colors was available but, the lady doing my nails was quite agressive with cuticle trimming. I'm not one to go to nail salons often but I haven't experienced a bleeding cuticle from a nail salon. Nails were kind of uneven, and was left with a big glob of cured top coat hanging off my nail, not to mention the lady doing my nails was consistently reading/sending texts and looking at her phone.
