For instance, the milk and honey pedicure will most of the time include the bison milk, but sometimes it won't. Sometimes it'll include callus removal, sometimes it won't. You might get offered a drink, you probably won't most times though. Mind you, there's no discount on the service if the supplies aren't available to perform it. Management has changed since I've started going there and I've noticed a slight decline in guest experience. Their work is great, but it's overpriced for the inconsistency in experience and quality.

His station didn't appear to be wiped clean, visible debris on the chair and throughout the work counter was evident. His tools were stored in a plastic box, not sterile, not freshly retrieved. The tools were not sealed in autoclave pouches. His tools went back into the same plastic box after my service. Ventilation in the back room was fine until Michael decided to shake the towel he used to collect what ever he sanded and filed off my nails in front of me. Everything went airborne. Then he put the dirty towel backdown to continue using it for the rest of my service. Tool handling on my nails was a bit hard. The skin around one nail hurts from pushing back cuticles and cutting too much. A couple nails have rough edge finishes, filing was inconsistent.
