You might get offered a drink, you probably won't most times though. Mind you, there's no discount on the service if the supplies aren't available to perform it. Management has changed since I've started going there and I've noticed a slight decline in guest experience. Their work is great, but it's overpriced for the inconsistency in experience and quality.

His station didn't appear to be wiped clean, visible debris on the chair and throughout the work counter was evident. His tools were stored in a plastic box, not sterile, not freshly retrieved. The tools were not sealed in autoclave pouches. His tools went back into the same plastic box after my service. Ventilation in the back room was fine until Michael decided to shake the towel he used to collect what ever he sanded and filed off my nails in front of me. Everything went airborne. Then he put the dirty towel backdown to continue using it for the rest of my service. Tool handling on my nails was a bit hard. The skin around one nail hurts from pushing back cuticles and cutting too much. A couple nails have rough edge finishes, filing was inconsistent. The staff in Colorado Springs was friendly but when I came in for my fill for my sculpted nails we ran into an issue. One of my nails seemed to maybe have a fungus so once discovered no more work was done on it. I totally understand not touching it again with community tools, and I'm thankful I was sent home with a file to work on it at home. But what I don't understand was, if you're going to send me home with a file and you have disposable paper mats you use when working on clients, why on that nail couldn't the rest of my sculpted gel be soaked off and my nail at least been filled down to match the length of my other nails with the file I was sent home with? Also at my home paint salon, in Michigan they offer refills on your drinks throughout your entire visit but not here. My technician didn't do the greatest at shaping my nails. I asked to change to a stiletto shape from an oval the slants are not even and some are more pointed and others are more rounded than others and some are like a bird beak curved down at the end.

I then told them I need to think about it because $35 is a lot for a simple polish (not gel) manicure. Then they came back a few moments later and said the actual manicure was $50 so my total would be $60. Again, I asked them to explain what this included and they would not explain it to me. I told the guy that I am just trying to understand what I would be paying for, and he began talking at me saying he understood me but I do not understand him. I agreed and told him I was trying to understand him but he is not explaining. He continued yelling and told the guy working on my nails to finish. Well. When they were finished, not even all the acrylic was removed from my nails. I am still actively peeling off chunks which defeats the purpose of me paying to get them done, an I did not tip (which is VERY unlike me even with horrible service) I think the drawing line was that this man was yelling at me and they didn't even complete their one job. 0/5 stars (annoyed that I have to give at least 1) Never go here. They are lucky I paid them at all. They also use dirty tools and I was praying they wouldn't cut me.
