The end result of my nails I really like don't get me wrong.. but I think this is the last time I will be going to this salon. The pedicure I got was great per usual. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My full set was honestly a very uncomfortable experience. I had Kenny and he was very rough with my nails. The drill burned and cut me several times. He was very rough with my nails and fingers. He was squeezing them really hard and kept tapping my hand telling me to relax... he was annoyed with my nail color choice and tried to convince me to pick another color. While he was painting me nails he kept huffing and throwing paper towels and shaking his head.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will also say every time I have come here the prices have changed I always get a French tip pedicure. The first time it was 50, then 65, and now 70.. They just make up prices tbh. Their sheet says $5 for design but someone it equals up to $20 extra dollars lol Not coming back for sure

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Bliss Family is so pleasant to their customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I get my lashes done here and let me tell youuuuu KIM don't come to play hands down the best last tech I've been too. I love it there so much, go and have a Bliss experience you won't be disappointed.

Wow can't believe how bad this place is. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went to this place once not horrible but not great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Went back a second time and they did not listen to what I wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I cracked a nail day 1 came back the second day and told them what i wanted/ needed and didn't get what i wanted at all. I now have a thick miss match nail!!!! The thickness is ridiculous!

My gf and I are on our girls trip out of town and decided to pamper ourselves. We picked this salon and it was very busy when we came around 3ish. We stood at the door and the lady at the register was checking someone out but looked up to ask what we were there for. We said pedicures. We were immediately escorted to the massage chairs while we wait but asked to pick out colors first. We got to soak our feet and play with the chair remote to adjust the positions. Probably like a good 10 minutes before someone came. Dan came to work on my friend first, then 10 minutes later, Paige came to work on me. I got the Deluxe ($40) and my friend got the Hot Stone ($59). Additional $5 for callous grate removal. As far as environment, this place is huge. Soft rock is playing in the background. No Vietnamese drama chatter among the techs. It's pretty relaxing and professional. There's about 28 massage chairs, 4 kiddy massage chairs, 20 nail station. Saw a lot of mommy and me appointments. There's also a wax room. This place is so busy that they have multiple stalls in the restrooms. They offer complimentary drinks such as soft drinks, wine, and sparkling water. My friend and I got mimosas. My only suggestion for the owner is to offer WiFi. I have ATT and I was fine with my reception but my friend has TMobile and hers was lagging. It would be the true nail and spa experience if WiFi was offered. It's our only sense of entertainment since I didn't see magazines around and it's COVID so there wouldn't be any. We are both happy with our result and felt relaxed. Our skin never felt so smooth in such a long time. Now we are ready for the open toe summer weather!

FFS if I chuck in a couple more bucks can we do toe separators instead of wadded up balls of toilet paper??!!‍ Oh, and you forgot the massage I paid for

The nail tech drilled so hard when removing my gel polish that she cut down to the nail bed so instead of getting another gel set I left with super brittle thin nails & a cut down to the nail bed. I think it goes without saying that I'll no longer be going here to get my nails done. Aside from this I feel like a lot of the employees rush when doing nails & are rude if they get things wrong. The nail tech I had didn't even clean the gash in my nail with alcohol & briefly apologized like it was a simple cut. Injuries to the nail bed take months to heal? Go back to school if you can't simply drill gel neatly off someone's nail.

2 time within 24 hours peeled off The color was still wet never dried and they were tacky

Sad to say I won't being going back. No offense but like a sweat shop just in a hurry to get you in and out. Got charged originally 65 she cut me 3 times. The blood leaked into the matte white. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was bothered because I came back to fix them and was very argumentative and down right rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cute salon we always loved to go but their customer service and professionalism is a joke. When I asked for a discount at the front desk they gave me a whole $5 off and the front desk person was like , "did you cut her?" Without hesitation the nail tech was like yea and shrugged almost like no big deal oh well. It's not like I wasn't a regular customer to the salon but definitely won't be recommending or going back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also wanted dip but apparently she didn't listen and put gel polish on top of the layer of dip.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Don't book Janet if you decide to go. She can't do designs and she is just down right rude.....my 5 year old could have done a better job. Sad to say this was not made right at all not only did I have to go to her once but they said since she did the work she was the only one able to fix my nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I walked out no one said nothing the girl that was at the front desk was sitting over to the side made no eye contact not a have a good day or sorry about the experience nothing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]....A relaxing day turned into just money down the toilet .

I try all of Pueblo nail salons and find this best pedicure and manicure ever, even for a guy at Bliss Nail Lounge.

Unprofessional nail services and messy results. I was out of town and picked this place based on it…read morehaving higher reviews than some other nail salons in the area. I've been to many nail salons all over the country in several cities and never had a service experience like this. They were rearranging things and disorganized when I walked in. First my nail tech said they had no color samples for me to look at at all, which I've never heard of.. then her coworker corrected her and went to a closet to get some. They pulled all of the selection and set of tools that didn't look very clean and things for my gel manicure from the closet. There was no bowl to soak my hands in prior to having cuticles trimmed or anything done. She did not remove the cuticles entirely at all and continually said "let me know if any of this hurts!" Which..that in and of itself should be a phrase you hear from your doctor when having an IUD inserted, not at a nail salon having your cuticles removed. That's extremely concerning to hear as a client looking for a relaxing day at the spa... She asked if I wanted another coat of paint. I did because it was a light color and see through. Then it became very messy. She tried to clean up the dried mess with cuticle trimmers and chipped some of the paint on one nail. Then asked if she could do that nail over again, which I told her I did not have time for. She continued to try and remove the dried paint, which any professional should actually remove prior to every coat being cured under the light. When I said "actually this is looking kind of messy and isn't the most professional service I've had, but I don't have time to start over. It's not an attack on you just the service." she immediately burst into tears, which, I can't imagine if I had not said that so politely what she would have done... She began hyperventilating and a coworker had to rush over with water... which seems incredibly dramatic for me politely letting her know I was not happy with the service but that it wasn't an attack on her. A reaction to feedback/criticism like that from a polite customer should not send a technician into a distraught state so bad they hyperventilate in front of me the customer... I'm not sure if she's overworked or going through a lot but I hope she takes time off and can be more professional when she returns or something.. that was a mess The coworker then asked if I wanted any water too...? A strange thing to ask... but I'm sure she didn't know what to do. I politely said "I am going to head out actually and I will not be paying for this service. Thank you"

Before the service began,…read moreI told the technician that I had a very sensitive spot on my foot that I believed could be a wart or a callus. I trusted their professional judgment, but they used a metal, cheese-grater-like foot file on that area, which was extremely painful. After the appointment, I looked into Colorado regulations and became concerned because I believe the tool and technique used may not be permitted under state cosmetology rules. I feel my concerns about the sensitive area should have been taken more seriously, and I should have been informed before something that painful was done. The polish application was also disappointing. My toenails looked sloppy and did not have the clean, professional finish I expected from a pedicure. Overall, I left feeling unhappy with the quality of the service and the level of care I received. I won't be returning.
