My gf and I are on our girls trip out of town and decided to pamper ourselves. We picked this salon and it was very busy when we came around 3ish. We stood at the door and the lady at the register was checking someone out but looked up to ask what we were there for. We said pedicures. We were immediately escorted to the massage chairs while we wait but asked to pick out colors first. We got to soak our feet and play with the chair remote to adjust the positions. Probably like a good 10 minutes before someone came. Dan came to work on my friend first, then 10 minutes later, Paige came to work on me. I got the Deluxe ($40) and my friend got the Hot Stone ($59). Additional $5 for callous grate removal. As far as environment, this place is huge. Soft rock is playing in the background. No Vietnamese drama chatter among the techs. It's pretty relaxing and professional. There's about 28 massage chairs, 4 kiddy massage chairs, 20 nail station. Saw a lot of mommy and me appointments. There's also a wax room. This place is so busy that they have multiple stalls in the restrooms. They offer complimentary drinks such as soft drinks, wine, and sparkling water. My friend and I got mimosas. My only suggestion for the owner is to offer WiFi. I have ATT and I was fine with my reception but my friend has TMobile and hers was lagging. It would be the true nail and spa experience if WiFi was offered. It's our only sense of entertainment since I didn't see magazines around and it's COVID so there wouldn't be any. This salon is very posh and luxurious looking, and screams "Total Spa Experience" but unfortunately the service is anything but!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I brought my elderly mother here for a relaxing spa day and some pampering after she had recently undergone major surgery. We were looking forward to a pleasant and enjoyable experience together, but that is not what we received. From the beginning, the staff was rude (eye rolling, whispering) and seemed more focused on rushing and upselling services than listening to what we actually wanted. We felt pressured to choose gel polish on my mother's pedicure despite clearly stating our preferences. When I say pressured it was to the point of arguing for plain polish. After filing, I noticed the tech was about to place acrylic over the old dip powder. I specifically requested that my existing dip powder be soaked off and replaced with a new dip powder. Once I requested this, the technician became very agitated. I asked for pink and white powder dip, but my request was ignored and acrylic was applied instead! The white was painted on with gel polish and at this point I was done arguing. I know this will not wear well. When we left, my hands were still covered in the acetone from soaking my nails (see picture). I have never left a salon without being offered a hot towel and lotion. What concerns me most is that there were three of us in our group, and two of us left with nicks and cuts on our fingers and toes from the service. This is unacceptable under any circumstances, but it was especially concerning for my mother given that she is elderly and recovering from major surgery. Proper care, cleanliness, and attention to client safety should be a basic standard at any salon. What should have been a special day of relaxation and pampering turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. We did not feel listened to, respected, or well cared for. Between the poor communication, pressure to purchase services we did not want, failure to provide the requested service, and the cuts we received, I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning. read more

The end result of my nails I really like don't get me wrong.. but I think this is the last time I will be going to this salon. The pedicure I got was great per usual. My full set was honestly a very uncomfortable experience. I had Kenny and he was very rough with my nails. The drill burned and cut me several times. He was very rough with my nails and fingers. He was squeezing them really hard and kept tapping my hand telling me to relax... he was annoyed with my nail color choice and tried to convince me to pick another color. While he was painting me nails he kept huffing and throwing paper towels and shaking his head. I will also say every time I have come here the prices have changed I always get a French tip pedicure. The first time it was 50, then 65, and now 70.. They just make up prices tbh. Their sheet says $5 for design but someone it equals up to $20 extra dollars lol Not coming back for sure read more

We always have had a good experience, today however was a completely different story, my nail tech Eric was rude from the time I sat in his chair until he was finished, he didnt listen to what I wanted and basically made fun of me for wanting what I asked for, he at one point asked if I wanted a beer and when I told him I didnt drink alcohol he laughed at me! Completely unacceptable my friends experience wasnt great either she had a full blown panic attack and her tech although was accommodating to moving her to a different seat beacause the light was what caused her panic, he didnt listen to what she wanted either, we couldn't wait to get out of there!! I did experience an issue on my last visit with the way my nails looked, in salon they weren't "that bad" but once I got into the sunlight, my nails looked really dirty so I went back the following day and they had no issue correcting the problem which is more important to me than being perfect every time. She was bothered because I came back to fix them and was very argumentative and down right rude. Cute salon we always loved to go but their customer service and professionalism is a joke. When I asked for a discount at the front desk they gave me a whole $5 off and the front desk person was like , "did you cut her?" I visited this salon about three weeks ago. The employee that did my nails did a great job, but this was the filthiest salon I've even been to. The tables were dirty , the floors and windows were dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing. There was no consistency with things like towels, setups, supplies, procedures, etc. Everything appeared junky. Employees were napping in massage chairs and the rest were gathered in a group sitting in the back of the main salon. I mentioned the sleeping employees and my attendant said that it's because they work seven days a week and don't get breaks. It was just a mess and I didn't feel good about the employees and their situation. It feel very "trafficky" to me for some reason. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went in to get my acrylic nails soaked off and instead of letting them soak they had their RECEPTIONIST DRILL MY NAILS OFF. I will never be supporting this business again. 5 of my family members went in for manicures and not a single one of us is impressed or happy. All 5 of us were in and out in less than 40 minutes-that should have been the first red flag. I personally, got dip/sns. Yes the nails looked beautiful when I left the salon. Not only two days later have they completely chipped, broke, the paint on the top is coming off. I usually get my nails done somewhere else where I have never had this problem. We chose bliss because they were able to get all of us in at once, now I know why they weren't busy. On top of the lowest quality nails I have ever gotten (been getting dip nails for 8 years now) they charged me $75. When they told me the price my jaw was on the ground. I came in for a pedicure with my daughter. We both got the most expensive pedicure offered because we wanted to treat ourselves. The service was maybe 20 minutes long, I was shocked. There wasn't anything that stood out as great or worth the $200+ we spent on the service or tip. I don't know what happened but since that appointment, my toe nails have been incredibly fragile and break easy. She did my nails initially for full set (nail soak off and overlay) $80...I tiped cash $10 2. Rita has ok technique. She started out doing very well, but something changed. She started charging me different prices at every visit. I got the same thing at every visit (nothing special, no designs, and very plan). But the prices for the same thing went from $60-80. Then she charged me $20 dollars to change my toe nail polish with regular polish... not gel polish, but regular! this pissed me off... I called a few weeks later because that buged me, and Sam answered the phone. I asked her how much it was for polish change with regular not gel polish. She said between $10-$15. Hmmm, I was charged $20 a few weeks ago. Mind you, I've been tipping Rita cash of $5-$10 at my visits. When I noticed the overcharge, I didn't tip anything! figured that was her tip for stealing from me. 3. Ken has horrible techniques! He is sloppy and too fast. After expressing how upset I was about my nails, they offered to remove them. They were upset that I was unhappy, and the lady went so fast she cut my cuticle with the tool to remove the gel. I've been going to them for about a year and i have officially stopped. You are always rushed, have low quality nails, pedi's and eyebrows, the workers are consistently rude and they are overpriced. I went into this place as a walk in and was able to be sat in a chair within 10 minutes. The front desk girl was very kind and helpful. They were busy so I was excited that I was able to get in on such short notice. I am the kind of person who likes a tad bit of an aggressive pedicure. I like to make sure that my heels are well scrubbed and then all of my cuticles are trimmed. The girl I had was efficient and did a good job but I guess just not aggressive enough for me LOL. I asked for a design and was given the exact design that I asked for.
