Glue is way past the nail and very sloppy
    Kera D.

I've officially had it with Bliss Nail Spa. After giving them multiple chances, my last visit sealed the deal--I won't be coming back. I paid $172 for a sloppy Gel-X manicure and a regular pedicure, and the experience was beyond disappointing. My cuticles were overcut again (to the point of bleeding), the 17-minute massage I was promised barely lasted 3, and they painted my toes the wrong color. When I brought up my concerns, the manager did nothing, and the staff acted like they didn't understand. I still paid and tipped out of respect, but I walked out knowing that was my last time. Save your time and money--this is hands down the worst nail salon I've ever visited.

I walked in with no appointment and they took me in immediately. Service was exceptional! Prices are affordable and I received a wonderful massage ‍

Bliss has a great team, and Lee did such a good job!

Lee did such a great job, the entire staff was incredible and the salon was very clean!

Recently back in Dallas after a 6 year hiatus and needed a pedicure something terrible! Given this place is less than a mile from my hood I set out to see if I could walk-in. Once I came in I was greeted at the door by a super sweet and smiling front desk person. Promptly took my name and asked me to select a nail color. They have a pretty wide selection. More than I had time to look through however I'm going straight polish and nothing fancy like gel. I was seated pretty quickly by a nice lady. They have a few different pedicures to choose from so I went with their top shelf that includes a longer massage and paraffin wax and hot stones! I chose lavender for the scent. The sweet man came by and offered me drinks-red or white wine, mimosa. Next a heated neck wrap was placed on my neck and the massage chair was offered. They have a several televisions and music going if that's your thing. They have a large number of pedicure chairs. I would guess easily 20-25! This is the place for a bridal group or girls nail day!About 8 tables for manicure work. Someone poo poo'd in another review about cheap wine. It's not terrible for a nail salon. I've had worse. I got the red wine so maybe the white is not acceptable-I don't know. The massage and pedicure were great! I would recommend and come back.

I change my nails with the forecast.

I love love love Bliss Nail Spa. I've been going for about a year (one year anniversary in February). My nail specialist is booked so I'm sure she doesn't want to be to recommend her specifically but everyone in the nail spa are talented, and gems.

    my infection

I got a pedicure here a week ago and woke up in extreme pain the next morning. It seems they have a clear disregard for cleanliness and sanitation practices because now I have a very infected toe and have had the displeasure of spending another $100 (on top of what I paid for services at the salon) on medicine and a doctors visits due to the negligence of this salon. Not to mention I have to take antibiotics to make sure the bacteria "doesn't eat my bones" which is apparently is a concern!!!!! Also, I look stupid with the giant purple bandage and I'm still in pain. I will never return here and I hope they refund me my money. Don't go here or spend your money at this careless business.

This was my first manicure/wax since Covid started and I was super impressed. You had to sanitize your hands and put gloves on as soon as you walked in the door. Mask must we worn at all times. They also took the temperature of everyone that walked in. I did the NextGen dip nails and it was $35. Eyebrow wax was $10. I'll be back for sure!!

    Unfinished paint.

Does this place push back your cuticles and clean them?

I got gel nails with tip and they do not do wjat you are asking with gel.

Looking for a nail tech to do tips & dip powder- that pays attention to details like pushing back & cleaning cuticles, nail is shaped straight, & color is on the whole nail (doesn't miss the sides) & is not too thick. Recommendations?

I got dip on my natural nails and the shape was excellent and it was not too thick.

I'm fortunate to have good nail beds and a nice shape to my nails, so pedis are usually a breeze. I actually made an appointment at this place by accident, mistaking it for another place - just my luck - and got the basic pedi for $35 plus gel for an extra $20. My pedicure lasted maybe fifteen minutes. It was so incredibly rushed that I was certain it would turn out terribly. He asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said yes, but I was not prepared for just how short he cut them. There was no shape left, and they are extremely jagged and uneven looking. He didn't even bother to file them, just butchered them with clippers and called it a day, and by then it was too late to fix them. They actually look worse than they did when I went in, and I hadn't gotten a pedicure in months. I chose a sparkly purple and it was applied so unevenly, thin, and didn't even completely cover my toenails. The end result was shockingly bad. Before getting a closer look, I quickly paid the $55 plus a low tip (which I never do) of $6. When I got to my car I was devastated by how horrible they looked. I went back in and explained my grievances to the manager who was nice and apologetic but sat me back down with the same dude to fix them. I told him please just take the polish off, I just want to get out of here. I was only offered a $20 refund. I paid $40 for this (see photo). I'm so sad. He got to keep the $6 tip I initially left too.
