I have tried so many nail salons looking for "the one" and there is always something off; the cleanliness, shoddy work or bad service. I think with Bliss I might have found my regular place. I called last Saturday and they were able to get me in right away for a gel polish mani/pedi. The parking lot is small, but manageable. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The interior is inviting, clean and stylish. I have been to many salons where I sit at a pedicure chair with someone at my toes while someone works on my hands and I have always hated this. It isn't relaxing, it feels rushed and cramped. I know this is done to speed up the process and get more clients taken care of, but to me it is not ideal. Bliss is different, immediately after saying hello, I was asked if I would prefer my services done together or separately. I was so pleasantly surprised by this option. The woman who worked on me was friendly and I was in and out in no time. The prices are comparable to other places I have visited, but the service is top notch. I called midday hoping for a same day pedicure. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. From the street it looks like a hole in the wall, with a small parking lot and right next door to an automotive place. I was impressed with the peaceful aesthetic when I entered. They got me set up at the massage chair pedicure station right away and I was seated after I selected my polish from the wall. They have a great variety of colors and brands. The one thing I was surprised about was that they did not ask which pedicure I wanted (they have a different levels and prices). This was a missed opportunity on their part because I was interested in the mid level but was given the basic pedi. Still, it was a relaxing and pampering experience, from the scrub to the massage. I googled a nail salon close to me and Bliss showed up. I took a chance and am so glad I did! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the spa. Everyone was very friendly. The place was spacious and decorated cute, complete with a Bliss flower wall I got an SNS manicure and pedicure. They have one pedicure available- no hemming and hawing over which to get. My toes are taken care of and perfectly happy. My nails are GORGEOUS!! Jennifer was sweet and methodical in taking care of me for both. My pedicures were just great and the service I received was great, the shop is clean and attractive, but there's a lot of employees giving each other pedicures and lots of private talk. I seemed to make them laugh especially if I was struggling to follow instructions from a non-native English speaker. I have had some bad experiences with different salons and my husband has witnessed my frustration and disappointment so, for Mother's Day, he got me an acrylic and pedicure, plus a facial. This review is gonna be focused on the mani-pedi. First of all, the gal checking me in was very rude to me and that put a big downer on my day out without the kids. Then, my pedicure is below average, but it's not as annoying as the fingernails because I don't see it all the time. The acrylics and gel polish... ugh. I showed a picture of what I wanted (will post some pictures of what I got vs what I wanted). She said, yes, of course she ca do that. I asked a few times for a fix but then I realized the skill just wasn't there so I decided to just roll with it and make the best of it. As I left (after paying $90 plus tip for the nails), I realized that the more I looked at them, the more I hated them. Got home and had dinner and I just had to go to Sally's beauty to get some gel polish to try and fix as much as I could. Now, I'm spending more money and what was supposed to be a nice afternoon for myself has tuned into a hassle because I can't stand to look at my hands, so I spend my evening trying to make them more bearable. Oh, and I don't know if the pandemic has made me more aware of things, but it just seems like nail salons just don't sanitize their stuff between clients.yup Very disappointed. This location is a favorite of my friend's, and now mine too. We've been coming here for years. We have been here for pedicures and other services on multiple occasions and have always been happy with a job well done. It does feel like it has a more classy vibe than other nail places. Plus it's quieter and more relaxing, and I never feel rushed. Everyone who works here is super friendly. I appreciate that they do a reminder call when you schedule a service a few days out. I also really love the massage chairs and the variety of settings. My toes always turn out looking great and I feel like the 25$ pedicure is a nice way to treat myself. I always debate trying the facials and some of the more extravagant pedicure options, but have yet to do so. I also appreciate that they have a kuerig and water available in case you need some hydration. My only complaint is the lot can fill up fast. Some day I will have to try coming over here and getting a service while I get my oil changed. read more

My sister and I have been trying to find a salon for manicure and pedicures. This salon is clean and professional. I typically have manicure and pedicure. I didn't feel pressure to overspend and I had the best experience and outcome. lily did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job and I was satisfied with her attention to detail Amy did my manicure and I think the "cat eye" polish was a little bit challenging for her. Mine didn't look anything like my sister's and hers was amazing. Maybe I'll stick to French tip manicures. My manicure wasn't too bad. It still looks nice. I just went out of my comfort zone. I've been going to Bliss Nail spa for many years now. I used to go every two weeks for an acrylic fill and then again when I changed to powder gel nails too. Wendy was my girl!! I took a break from getting my nails done as often as I used to but whenever I wanna get pampered I head to Bliss and recommend them every time! Ty and his wife Linda are always so helpful and all the ladies are so sweet. I've made the mistake of going to other places and have learned my lesson. Never again. Came here instead of my usual nail salon because their number changed and couldn't get a hold of them. I'm so glad I went here because the service was great and everyone was so nice and patient. They have a lot of SNS dip powder colors to choose from, and this neon pink is perfect! So on one nail, the design was smeared because of the top coat (noticed when I got home after a few errands) and they got me in the next day to fix it, on the house. I used to love this place but my last couple visits were not good. It's a cute place, nice decor and good chairs. Most of the employees are really nice. My pedicure was super basic. Didn't like the color (my own fault) but the polish job was awful. Lumpy in some spots and see through in others. When I got home I took off the polish and put on my own, felt like such a waste. I would also not recommend getting a brow wax. My previous visit I last minute decided to add that on, and the woman who did it was super rude, condescending, and made me feel like I was hugely inconveniencing her. I went in for a pedicure on my first visit, and it was your standard pedicure for the most part, but the hot towels were a nice addition. I would return for a pedicure if it weren't for the two separate times I came back in for an acrylic full set. The first time, I saw Lily. The nails ended up way shorter than I asked for, but it wasn't the end of the world since they do grow out. I wanted coffin shape which cost an extra $5 - I understand it because it does take extra time. I ended up paying $45 total for that set, which seems really high for what I walked away with. The gel polish had bubbles, there was acrylic residue on my finger tips and the sidewalls were already lifting because they were so thick. That set started breaking off within 4 days. I always give more than one chance, so I called a few weeks later after giving my nails a chance to breathe, and I asked for a nail tech who was skilled in the pink and white ombré technique. I was told that my appointment would be with Ms. Leanne. I arrived for my appointment and I was told that I had made my appointment with lily. Turned out that Leanne had a last minute cancellation though, so I could see her. Sat down and Ms. Leanne asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted a pink and white ombré with a coffin shape. She said she didn't understand what I meant because pink and white is pink and white. I showed her a picture and she told me it's just ombré. Ohhhkay.... so we get started and she seemed to be pretty skilled but overall she was making my nails way too thick and the white part had discernible lines where there should be a gradual transition. I was ok with it because they did look okay enough that I could live with them for a bit. That was until 3 of them broke off right where the nail tip gets glued on, a mere 2 days later. It wouldn't have been the end of the world except when they broke off they took my natural nail with them, and now I am missing half a nail on three of my fingers. Very painful, and I just hope that I don't get an infection. So, for all of those reasons, I will not be returning. read more

The location and exterior did not "wow" me, but that didn't stop me from having a very lovely experience here! I had a voucher to use up, so I selected a sort of random variety of services to treat myself to that day. The first observation I made when actually arriving here was... "This is a nail spa, with a variety of neat services on the side." Why do I say this? Because the nail stations are in the middle of the space (main focus!), and the treatment rooms are on the (left) side. I started things off with getting my rather neglected eyebrows in check. The woman that did the eyebrow waxing did not actually ask me what I wanted, but I liked what she decided to do. Last time I got my 'brows waxed they were just "cleaned up" and this woman made them quite a bit smaller. Definitely a good kind of smaller, so I was pleased. Next I moved on to my First Ever Pedicure... and, omg, I now know why people get these!!! The lady who worked on me wasn't especially chatty, which I was kind of expecting... but, that was good. I relaxed into my massage chair while she rubbed all sorts of fun moisturizing stuff on my feet and legs (up to the knees!), gave me a light leg massage, did a quick paraffin wax treatment (I enjoyed that wax being peeled off!), clipped my toe nails (just a little), and finally painted 'em. I was quite pleased with the experience, and hope to live through that kind of pampering again! How long did the color last? It's been 3 weeks and my toenails are still lookin' pretty good! (This experience also led to me realizing I have rather small toenails.) The third part of my pampering experience was a 60-minute hot stone massage. The massage started with her placing hot stones on the sheet over my back, and working on my legs and arms for a while (with both hands and small stones). Then she worked on my back for a while. Then she had me flip over, and gave me neck/shoulder massage that finally blissed me out to the "not quite conscious" point. (For some reason, I found myself dreaming about sending work emails. How do I think/dream about such a thing during a very relaxing massage!?") Anyway, definitely a lovely experience... and definitely more about relaxation/pampering than relieving stress/pain. I was hoping for some relief... but, that pampering sure was fantastic! When the hour was over, I got a glass of lemony water to enjoy. I was a bit sad that my friend and I didn't get to get our nails done at the same time (because we had scheduled other services), but we were both very happy we decided to go to Bliss Nail Spa and have this experience. read more
