May advised me to keep my contacts on so it would protect my eyes and she was very gentle! My eyes weren't irritated at all and when I opened my eyes I did not tear up! My picture clearly showed a natural thin lash as we had even zoomed in on the picture. That's NOT what I walked out with. These are are very thick, very long lashes. She really took the time to study my eyes and reassure me that they will come out looking great. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the process, giving me a break when needed and she was so gentle that I ended up falling asleep on the table. The retention on her lashes is amazing as well! One month later and my lashes still look great. I've been getting tons of compliments!
