Dec 6 ,24 5pm went to this nail salon , online it said it was open until 7pm walk are invited. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I walked in it was only one customer getting her nails done . Went yesterday for my daughter's birthday and they were lovely. Did a fantastic job and even painted some pretty flowers on her nails. They had two kid chairs as well. The space was very clean and quiet. Definitely will go back. They just moved to Mill Creek and the remodeled salon interior is bright and clean. The products used are high quality and my shellac nails last 2-3 weeks. I get so many compliments and love the shape of my nails - also there are a wide variety of colors to choose from. The pedicures are relaxing. They don't rush. My favorite part is the foot massage and the hot stone massage (no extra charge). In addition, she also has 2 chairs just the right size for kiddos. Came in here after work for a pedicure. Pedicure is $25 here. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I walked in around 4:30 on a Tuesday, they had no other customers. While there, it seems two of their regulars stopped by to get fills. Typical nail polish selection. Chairs are pretty comfy and also pretty normal. The lady who did my pedi was nice. She accidentally dripped oil on my leg and it was really hot and burned. I said something and she was really apologetic about it. The pedi included a hot stone rub which felt great! She doesn't hurt me, she's efficient and she does amazing designs. I used to come in with a design in mind but now I just let her do as she wishes. I would give his place a 5 start if my pedicure didn't peel and chip after just one week in AZ on vacation. Granted I spent most of the time in the pool but still, seems silly that my regular pedi (not shellac) would do this. The people working there are very kind and attentive. The massage included with the basic was very nice and they have a hundred color nail choices which was nice. I found my favorite OPI which made me happy. The chairs are comfy and it was nice to see they take the utensils out of packaging each time and use an autoclave for other items. Means they care about the cleanliness of their salon. read more

They've moved! They are now in Mill Creek (12902 Bothell Everett Hwy Suite C). We would go to their Woodinville location often and were bummed that they moved, but will make the drive to come see them! BEST pedicures ever! Came here to get my nails done on my lunch break. My usual place was too far away. Long story short- the woman was so sweet, but she made 7 out of 10 of my cuticles bleed (like, badly enough that they scabbed over days later). What's worse, to save time she used a very rough Emory board to file off my shellac before soaking and she did it so hard she almost filed through my actual nail! It hurt so badly. I cried out in pain and she was clearly apologetic, but the damage was done. I went to a great place in Mill Creek two days ago (it had been 2 1/2 weeks since my nail horror story) and my super damaged nail started peeling off! I was horrified and angry. The desire to get a manicure usually hits me randomly when I have some free time, so I usually end up going to random places. (I check the reviews first, if any exist!) This time it happened in Woodinville, so I started searching for a spot and quickly found this one. The price was nice and low, which was good... but the lady I got wasn't as good as the other one working, which was... not so good. I visited this salon today for the first time and I will definitely be back. The whole place was super clean and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. I also noticed that all of the staff said goodbye to all of the customers as they left. It was really sweet. My daughters got pedicures and my older daughter said the massage felt so good. My youngest daughter loved the kids chair that she could sit in and have her feet actually go into the water. It was the perfect size for her. My girls toes looked super cute I got dip powder on my nails and the tech did such a good job. It didn't feel rushed like the last salon I would go to. I also noticed she did three layers of the dip powder and my other salon would only do two. I just really felt like they actually cared about the quality of their work. One thing I had a hard time with at the last salon that I was a loyal customer to was that they always tried to push me into getting other services. Sometimes I wouldn't have the time for a mani/pedi or sometimes I didn't have money for both. Getting my nails done is a luxury for me that I don't take for granted and I was so happy that I wasn't pressured at all to have both done today at Deluxe Nails since I was already spending more for myself and my girls. I know I will get a pedicure at some point but I love not feeling pressured and making that decision myself. Pretty sure I found my new nail salon! Always a pleasure to go and get a pedicure with hot stone massage. Vivian does an excellent job with acrylic nails. I was always unhappy with nail fills at other places. I always had scarring in the nail bed from technicians filing to much at an angle. When Vivian fills there is no pink line. She is very careful and sensitive to not hurting the nail beds. 100% of the time between customers I have watched them sanitize each pedicure bath and vents. This makes me happy to know my feet are not soaking in someone else's left over dead skin and scum. People complain about having to bring cash or checks but I understand. Credit card machine companies charge a lot! Bring cash for tips. Write a check if you don't have cash. Easy, nothing to complain about here. Thank you Vivian! read more

The pros are that they were super friendly and a fair price. The cons are that my shellac chipped after 2 days. I've never had that happen before. Then I checked my daughter's nails who got a shellac mani with me & she had multiple nails chipped as well. And she certainly wasn't doing hard labor with her little hands, lol. Another pro is that they fixed our nails for free, still friendly. But the worst con and the only reason I'm leaving a review is because here now, two months later, my nails are super breakable and bendy and I think it's the crappy polish they used. read more

I made a waxing appointment for 1:30pm (eyebrow and underarm) but arrived early at 1:19pm and waited on the couch. As I was waiting, I noticed that they don't take Discover or American Express, so it's a good thing I had another card on me! This location has 6 full size pedicure chairs and 2 children's size in addition to 4 manicure seats. When you walk in to the salon, there are also two seats next to the waiting area dedicated to polish drying, which I found odd in placement, but it wasn't too bothersome. I didn't have to wait long before getting called to the wax room, where I had my brows and underarms waxed. The waxing was a pleasant experience, and the gal was very patient and tedious, making sure to powder my armpits before waxing and going through with a tweezers after my brows and armpits were done to clean up any spots. I haven't gotten nails done here, but I would return for a wax! I deducted one star due to the waiting area being more cramped than I would have liked and the fact that the couch is velvet, because I have this weird feeling about cloth furniture that everyone sits on (you don't know where those butts have been, ya know!) read more

These people destroyed my nails. I went in with long nails and I asked to cut them even with my fingers. They cut and filed them down way below that and uneven. They had to redo one of the nails in the middle because they screwed it up so badly. She also filed down the top of my nail so much that it burned. Beware, these people are terrible. I do not recommend this place at all: unorganized, untimely, unsanitary, and straight up rude. I made an appointment to come in at 1:00 for a shellac polish change (mani/pedi) and had to stand around for 10 minutes until they could sit me in a chair.The girl that did my manicure was sweet, but extremely slow and did not listen to what I wanted. My nails had a nice square-round shape to them that I wanted to keep, but instead she rounded them out completely. At this point I had already been sitting in my chair for 50 minutes and no one had started working on my feet. I also noticed the way they cleaned their soaking chairs was unsanitary. They sprayed them with some toxic looking chemical and scrubbed it with an old brush. Then, the girl cleaning it didn't even wash her hands after, she just put everything down and started working on the next client. Anyways, someone else finally came over (the manager I think) and she started removing my old nail polish off of my toes. I told them that I was in a rush because I had to get back to work and that I would be unable to stay for the duration of my pedicure. She told me she had to charge me for it and I said she could charge me for the removal of my polish, but not the paint because I didn't get them done. She then told me she would charge me full price regardless and that I could come back later if I wanted too. If i wanted too? Obviously I'd want to get my moneys worth.. At this point I just shook my head and said fine. I came back at 6 and they sat me down right away; my toes looked nice. I then got up and asked if they could charge my credit card for a tip. The woman I believe to be the manager yelled at me and said, "I charge this one time, but you NEED to bring cash in next time!" Lady, I do not NEED to bring you anything. A tip is something I shouldn't even consider giving you after my horrible experience. Needless to say, I will not be bringing by business back here. read more
