They weren't busy and I had services done right away. I went there a few weeks ago with my sister and after two days my gel fingernails lifted, my sisters were ok but she said her nail beds were sore. I thought twice about going there a second time, I was out that way again and decided to give it a second chance. My pedi was gentle and my feet look as nice as someone's my age can look. My gel nails, I see some thickness by the cuticle so I'll see if they life like the last time. They also aren't as thick as the last time I was in either which I like. I'll see how this works out... I gave it a 4 because the tables, chairs, cushions are not very clean and I noticed the pedi chairs on the sides haven't been washed for awhile. The floors weren't very clean. Tech is incompetent. Nails are not symmetrical, he used a tool to remove polish on toes and fingernails that removed to much of surface that caused two to break. This is the worst service I've gotten here. I've made appointments twice with Sky, only to arrive and be told he has someone else. New owner was good initially last year but now hiring guys who don't what they are doing. read more

First time here.. was in the area so figured I'd stop by. Just did white shellac on my toenails approximately 6 hours ago. After the service I noticed it was bubbling in the corner but just thought he was sloppy but no... THEY USED REGULAR WHITE POLISH and cured it with shellac on top! I didn't notice until I just took my socks off. My nails are PEELING after just a few hours and the nail polish underneath the cured shellac is wet!!!! This has never happened before and I'm flying out tomorrow for my friends wedding so now I'm inconvenienced and have to stop by some nail salon in a diff state because of this! Oh and a toe polish change was $35! I didn't even get a pedicure!!!! This place is insanely overpriced and their service is terrible. Go somewhere else! read more

I took a chance on this place because my long time nail tech is out of town and although I was wasn't 100% disappointed, it was ok. I was one of 3 people in there at the time, it was quiet, staff seemed polite, place was clean, but I'd say the services could use some attention. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was just ok. The tech did the bare minimum of cleaning under the nail, clearing away cuticles, but not really removing dead skin from the nail bed itself. Minimal time with the pumice on callus removal portion, and an even smaller amount of time on the massage. If you like the slapping and pounding on your feet then this is your place. It wasn't pleasurable at all and it was maybe 2-3 minutes total (thankfully). There wasn't anyone waiting, so the service in my opinion was rushed or maybe that's the service‍ The spa feeling wasn't there! The shellac manicure was fine, but I did NOT like have my finger wrapped in aluminum foil and in plastic gloves for 30 minutes (during my pedicure). My hands were hot and not my fingers are dried out and hard! I've put lotion on every 15 minutes since I left. The tech was polite and did a pretty good job overall, but I feel like the shellac removal process shouldn't include leaving acetone on fingers that long. I've never EVER been to a place that did this and if I go back...I will ask for them to remove the foils and remove the polish before I begin the pedicure process! It would be in their best interest to focus in on the service and customer experience. read more

I've been looking for a new nail saloon in Northville area. I thought I'd give them a chance, and went for a mani/pedi. Long story short, as the gentleman who was doing my pedicure started to clip the sides of my toe nails and I tried to explain to him, do not do that because that's what causes ingrown toenails...he evidently did not understand and just laughed. So now I've been soaking my feet in epsom salt because both my big toes are sore as F$*%! read more

I do not recommend this place - Over priced and the service is rushed/unfriendly. I had acrylic tips on my nails upon arrival and the nail tech began painfully trying to pry the fake nails off which was ripping my real nails, so I politely asked if he could soak them off with acetone instead like most professionals do. He huffed with a bad attitude and began poorly wrapping my nails to soak in a rush, pushing me off to the next desk and taking the next client without a word of explanation. After more than 20 mins another nail tech begins my nails and almost skips the manicure I came in for. I kindly remind him that I wanted a manicure + dip powder, not just dip. He rushes through cleaning my cuticles while they're basically dry, does the dip powder and just gets up and leaves. read more

The service is wonderful, all of the professionals are incredibly nice and amazing at what they do. I got the prettiest nails, I wasn't sure if they would be able to replicate the design i wanted and they did it even better then my reference photo!! That's why i came again to get a fill and the guy i got looked so rushed he did my fill in 45 mins didn't even put cuticle oil, and one side looks shorter than the other.. Made an online appointment last week since I knew I was short on time. Arrived at salon and 2 people looked confused when I said I had appointment. Someone came and said oh he's not in today but we'll help you. All together I waited 30 minutes for the pedicure to begin. The man performing it was very unskilled. He couldn't even polish, someone had to take over and clean up some trimming before polish. For the lotion no massage, he just did one swipe of lotion. Staff is very friendly. And my shellac manicure lasted over 16 days! Usually they peel off by day 8. They did great job.

I went in on a Friday they was really busy with about four techs so they was rushing. I got a manicure and pedicure for $70.00 the next day my polish was peeling and my feet looked horrible. With everything in the world being so expensive this establishment need to understand that people do not have money to through down the drain. I will never return read more

I was in town for a wedding and desperately needed to get my nails done. I found this place online and was pleasantly surprised. Apparently they had just opened a couple weeks ago and the interior was just amazing, one of the nicest salons I've been to. It was also very clean and sanitary, I liked that they use new liners and pedicure kits for each person.
