Since this is only my 3rd pedicure, I am not the best to compare but at the end my feet felt better and the toes looked good. It took about an hour. While I was there, a few repeat customers the come regularly, which is one of the best signs of quality service with fair prices. My daughter loves designs and nails alone $85 a pop with tip. Which I don't mind. However they have a women who sits up front and answers the phone...maybe a manager or something. Whenever we are there and one of the technicians asks her something she is snotty, rude, rolling her eyes (because she does not want to take them off the phone:/) I was trying to pay for my daughter and I. Since my daughter's nails were not finished yet this apparently was a big deal...lots of eye rolling, sighs, and blah blah blah.. This is not the first or second time I have seen her be rude and snotty to others while I was there. Today will be the last time. It is too bad. They have great nail techs. However, there little gatekeeper needs a major attitude adjustment. 5 stars for nails ------neg----stars for atmosphere. It cost nothing to be kind respectful to others. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I can say without hesitation, I am very picky. The whole staff does a great job. Anyone else that has done my pedicures, they've always done a great job. First the pedicure are great regardless of which one you do. I usually have the gentleman May doing my pedicures and they last for a month without chipping or peeling off. I go in all intact other than growth for a fresh pedicure. Now this is the first time I have had my hands done here. Tee did an amazing job! I showed her a video of these sparkling nails that I like. I knew it would be very hard to replicate but she did as close to it.

The only option was to have it completely removed and done over when we didn't have the time to let them redo it and he said he was going to have to charge extra to fix his mistake. Furthermore, my pedicure was seriously lacking. I have a bruise on my toe nail from a broken toe and instead of using white polish to cover it first, they just painted my toes using a sheer polish and let the bruise show through. It looks dumb. Also, it took her so long to do my shellac manicure that my daughter had a full set put on and a shellac manicure and was done and waiting for me for 15 minutes. We definitely won't be back.
