I've gotten a variety of services done here, fills, pedicures, and full sets and they are always quick and kind while providing top quality. By far the best pedicure I've ever had. They take their time with the massage piece and make sure your nails and cuticles are well taken care of. I went with the citrus pedicure treatment and got a exfoliation scrub, gel pedicure, paraffin wax dip, hot stone leg massage and it was only My nails last long with no issues, and the one time one did break (totally my fault not at all the nail quality or techs fault) they were quick to get me in and fix it! One of the nail techs openly uses racial slurs as she finds humor in them. She has also made racially motivated statements regarding my multi-racial lineage and has made me very uncomfortable as she claims my race is "too difficult". My appointments are also frequently given away and I have been refused services when attempting to fulfill appointments, I am concerned it is due to my race as it began after these comments were made. I do not recommend this salon and have resorted to press-ons due to their lack of professionalism and basic decency. read more

This was by far the best nail salon I have been to in a long time. For sure in this area. Everyone at this salon was so extremely nice. I brought in my three-year-old daughter for a pedicure and my daughter was not into it, which made me so stressed out but they were so accommodating and so kind to her. They let me sit with her and get a pedicure at the same time. Every tech said hi to her and asked her questions - just made her feel special. It made for such a great experience. I brought my daughter, and my mother since we were going to Disneyland, and I asked for them to put Mickey Mouse ears and polkadots on my daughters nails. They were so intricate and beautiful. I have done this at another salon and one nail may be decorated but here they did every nail. It was so cute! They provided snacks for my daughter also to help make her comfortable. I got gel acrylic nails, and I did not feel rushed out. The nail tech took her time and she checked the lengths and filed the nail, if needed, at least three times. They look amazing! My mom has been coming here for two months now and she has been getting the dip since June. She never had issues until she came here. Both times shes come to get a new set, there has been issues with the job done. By the cuticle they don't blend/shave down the nail. So the dip starts to lift and makes the set fall off faster. Then once she goes in to have them shave it down, the next day or two the dip cracks down her nail. Her nail doesn't break just the dip. Today she went in to just have them take off the whole set cause she's tired of always having to go back and have them fix their mistake. While she's talking to another guest about the salon and each others experiences the owners daughter chimes in and starts telling my mom that her nails are the issues that she comes back too often to have her nails fixed and that she can go somewhere else, she's not welcomed there. My friends also came here a month ago and got the gel manicure, within a week the gel was lifting and chipping. I never leave reviews, especially bad ones but this was just too horrible of an experience to not share. Defiantly take your business elsewhere. Not worth the money!! read more

Don't do it! They are overpriced and will charge you to replace nails that snapped off at the tip from the low quality product they use. Look at my hideous set I'm am embarrassed to walk around with these. They charged me $50 for a fill. This is the result. Straight trash! And they didn't care to get me in to replace or fix this mess. I've had this set for a total of 8 days. My nail snapped off at day 6. Contacted them and didn't get any kind of apology for this crap nor did they insist they get me in to fix them. My friend and I were trying to have a self care day and get a break from being full time moms for once. We were super excited because we haven't had pedicures in a while, but being single mothers we didn't have enough to do a $40 pedicure. These women rushed us out of our chair so quick, they didn't even let our feet soak. We sat down, they dipped our feet and immediately started filing our nails, didn't clip dead skin, didn't push back cuticles, barley even got a massage.... The lady who did my toes cut my toe with the nail file, and I'm guessing it happened because they didn't even let my feet soak in the water. They drained the water immediately after dipping my feet in, they rubbed in the lotion and that was it... We were in there for less then 30 mins including our toes drying and I truly feel like it was because we got the basic pedicure and didn't get gel polish. 100 stars for their manicures. My gel manicure always lasts about three weeks. Also a huge variety of colors. I love the punch card and also the cash discount. Plus the place is very clean and decorated nicely. Also wry friendly staff. 1 star for their pedicures. They have option 1 which is a basic pedicure with nothing, or you can upgrade to a mega deluxe pedicure which costs 15 dollars more. No in between options. I splurged and got the deluxe coconut one and the whole pedicure only lasted 20 mins. Not paying any attention to my calluses or cuticles. read more

I was very excited to get back in the shop and get a Gel pedi and mani. Picked a bright blue and decided to treat myself and get a gel mani as well. I had no issues with the lady who actually did everything but what I didn't notice until I got home and got into direct light is that my pedicure was pretty much opaque in certain spots on my toes. I definitely needed at least another two coats of gel polish in order for the color to be what it was supposed to be. Which is frustrating when you pay so much for gel you expect it to be the next level up, and especially since she's staring directly at my toes she had to have seen the issue. Like with my nails the polish is clear but isn't smooth like Normal gel manicures I've gotten in the past and it's covered in spots where there's no gel at all. Very disappointing especially considering I paid over $70 for this subpar experience. Will not be going back. read more

I have been coming here since they opened. I have noticed a definite change in quality of work. The attitude of one of the men that works there is horrible. The manager is never there. Two of my nails looked entirely different then the others and the powder was so thin they hve since chipped... when I asked if they could fix them so they all looked the same they refused telling me if I did not like the way they do nails to go someplace else. I was shocked. When I paid they overcharged me for my fill . They also do not post prices so they can basically charge what they want. I will never go back. Bad experience...don't do it .
