Huge language barrier. We all did the best we could not being able to understand each other. Before we gave up on the idea of them understanding me, another woman came out and tried. Her nose was running profusely. Before she could talk she kept trying to wipe all this clear dripping discharge from her nose. She put it on the back of her hands, the back of her wrists and then her forearms. Then she tried to touch me. She denied having wiped herself but backed off. This ended with me telling them to just stop the gel manicure when I could tell they didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I had them remove what gel they had already applied so I could have it redone tomorrow at my regular salon. We finished with an awkward lotion massage over a coconut scrub followed by me washing my hands. Tina gave me a wonderful foot massage during the pedicure. She got between every metatarsal bone. I've been looking for so many nail places since I moved to the area and finally think I've settled here. The customer service was great, felt welcoming, they're fast but also the work is chefs kiss. I've been to salons where they went fast and cut me and didn't even fill my nails close to the cuticles. They took care of my cuticles and even asked how I was doing during the process. Amazing for me! Also didn't have to wait long for a walk in but I usually call ahead just to make sure I'm not catching them during rush hour ! Definitely will be my go-to! read more

Shoutout to Nancy for doing these nails! She did so good! She took her time and paid extra attention to detail. Extremely satisfied with the way they came out and she was super nice. I've come here a few times and it is my go to. Definitely trust them. I've come in with picture references in the past and I've never been disappointed. I even have a wonky nail but when they put the tips on they never seem to make them crooked which is great. My Husband and I both got pedicures too and I will say mine was slacking a little in effort but I don't want that to take away from the overall rating. Never again! I came in with my daughters a few days before Mother's Day to get our nails done together. My daughter's nails came out fine. I got a basic gel manicure simple color asked for a simple flower design whatever they were comfortable with doing I was very open to any ideas. I'm not a picky person. It took the first lady six times to try to do any kind of flower. I finally asked her to just give me clearcoat and call it a day they brought in another girl and asked me to let her give it a shot. She tried three times and again could not do a simple flower. My manicure was unfinished no cuticle oil, no lotion on my hands, but they did file down my gel which irritated me. Why do they file the gel on top? It's ridiculous... They wanted me to pay full price for a service that was not full service. It was unfinished. I'm very unhappy. They gave me five dollars back. I was very unsatisfied when I left. I was actually even crying. All I wanted was to have a nice experience with my little girls and it ended up being a nightmare I wasn't trying to ask for free service. I was trying to ask them for half price if you're gonna give me half of the service that's worth half price to me. It's unbelievable that no one could do a simple flower. It may sound ridiculous but I don't get to do this often. I work very hard for my money and for them to just be OK with me walking out unhappy as long as they got paid really upset me five dollars off?? Thanks really appreciate it never coming here again. WE FOUND THE SPOT! After visiting several business locally for nails (each having a series of disappointments) we finally found our place! Owners Lac & Sammy are talented people who really care about the product they're putting out. Their space is beautifully decorated and they offer top notch professional services. My daughter got some super long coffin nails and I went for basic mom mani/pedi. The services were thorough and not rushed, despite it being a busy Friday night. I haven't found anyone with better pricing, and I appreciate they are upfront with cost and no hidden fees. It was a great experience with a local family business who are invested in their services on all levels. Get here ladies! Gentlemen, please don't let us have all the fun - they can do you too! The lady I got to do a dip full set was new or something. She took so long to do a bad job. She was so slow, you can tell she didn't have a lot of practice and was nervous, it took her two hours from beginning to start and rushed at the very end only because it was past closing. She hurt me multiple times with the drill, I had to back my hands out twice because she got too close to my cuticle and thinned out my nails too much. I hate my current nails, they're too boxy and square. The tips even flare out and lift, it's uneven. My sister got her nails done by another technician which came out great, but not mine. I used to love this place, but I guess they have new owners and/or employees. This happened an HOUR after sitting at the salon. It was still tacky/gummy feeling for another hour after that. This was just my pedicure, my guest also experienced the same issue, but her "shoes" were to blame even though she had been given the flimsy flip flops for drying. I'm really disappointed in how this was handled. I wasn't confident in the new employees while being there. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I think what's most disappointing about this place is their customer service. Although they do great work it's a constant disappointment. I used to be a frequentl customer and after moving away and coming back I have definitely noticed a difference in the way they manage their customers. They are so eager to see as many people as they can that wait is only part of the problem. Let's review my last three visits: A) they contacted me the Day of my appointment, one hour before my appointment time, VIA FACEBOOK MESSENGER, to tell me that they 'forgot' they were closed on Tuesdays and would have to reschedule my appointment. What, you forgot your closed every Tuesday? B) About a week and a half later I called again scheduled an appointment and showed up to my appointment to find that the store had been deemed closed for that entire week. That's really weird why would you schedule an appointment when you're closed? The sign scheduled closure, but so was my appointment so I'm confused. Lmao C) Finally, My interaction today, need it to be know: I only went because I was gifted a $50 gift card for my birthday on May 26th (show purchase date) & today is June 3 and I arrived for my appointment and they let me know that my gift card, that was purchased 2 weeks ago, is no longer accepted by their new owner. Lol so what about the gift cards for previous customers? That makes no sense & is super poor customer service. Seriously so disappointed every time & I want to love them but good work does not equal poor scheduling & customer service. read more

I LOVE MY nails! Sooo, when I got to get them done, I expect a lot. I have been here twice now for manicures. Both times, both of workers did great. But Oh My Gosh this last manicure has blown every other manicure I've had, out of the water! The edges, the smoothness, the attain to detail was on point. I'm so impressed with this gentleman's work. He didn't rush, even though it was around closing time, he wanted those nails perfect! And perfect they are! This is my new nail salon..and it's 25 minutes away from me. I am extremely happy with my nails. As expected with nail salons who do quality work they are busy. I made an appointment and came in and Sammy did my nails. She took her time, was personable and funny. She gave me advice about certain nail styles, and also did my eyebrows. I'm a first time customer and I definitely will be coming back. Their pedicure chairs look nice so I might try that next. I requested coffin shape and she gave me exactly that. I have had places that did coffin but it looked nothing like what I wanted. I highly recommend anyone new to this area or already here to try this salon out. Yes it's walk in but I suggest calling prior to set up an appointment. Meh. This place has lost a lot of staff, and has gotten worse because of it. They've been making the appointments so rushed lately. One of the girls who did my nails, always super sweet & does a great job was asking another employee if she could take her break after she finished with me so she could go eat. My nail tech complained how she barely had time to eat earlier because of how busy they've been. Felt bad, poor girl needed a break. Most recent & last time I went with a friend, she got a fill - I got a removal & new set of acrylics. Not even 2 weeks after our appointments, we had both already broken nails (I ended up having 1 broke, another one lifting). Several friends & I have been coming here for over a year with exceptional service but had quickly noticed how its been lacking. Ended up going to a different nail salon after my 2 broken nails, and they said they (Galaxy) did the acrylics way too thin which is why they were breaking, and ended up recommending I get a whole new set (despite having gotten a new one less than 2 weeks ago). What a joke of an experience. My girlfriend and I showed up right at 3 for our 3 o'clock appointment. They hardly greeted us so we just started looking for polish. Found polish and by the time 3:15 came around I decided to go grab a coffee. Took me 10 minutes and in that time they gave away my girlfriend and I's spots and then seated us. We waited with our feet in the water for 20 minutes without being acknowledged so I just left. My girlfriend still got her toes done but they ended up looking terrible. Came here early in the morning to be one of the first to get service as I know that they get pretty busy. As soon as I came in they gave me a complimentary water bottle. The nail tech did a fantastic job with coffin nail shape. I've never been more happy with the shape of my nails. I also got a pedicure and I love the job they did. Didn't feel forced to have a conversation, so it was nice to have that me time as it's my only mommy free time. Definitely coming back and I will be a repeat customer. Owner was nice too.
