When called to see if they had availability for two pedicures they were rude on the phone and said no.

From the warm, kind welcome by the gentleman working here to being handed a beverage menu to choose from a big variety for free (soda, juice, water and even champagne) to then being shown a book of nails to choose polish, I was treated with kindness, hospitality and respect. I got gel for both nails and asked for them to be cut short and rounded, which they did. There was extra care taken with my legs as I'm disabled and sticking my feet up on the stand hurts if I can even do it at all. They adjusted and didn't make a face or comment about it besides it not being a big deal. The massage given for both the pedicure and the manicure was amazing. I paid for a paraffin wrap for my hands so the total was $100 for both plus tip. I think that's a great deal. There was a bit of misunderstanding due to Lee and an intern having English as a second language, but it was no big deal. I was giving Lee a compliment on her massage and she thought I was asking to change the nail color. Another gal working there thought a random man who came in an hour after me was somehow with me, and he was a total stranger so I don't know where that idea came from. Their website has the ability to book appointments online. They have a lot of services to choose from. When you come in, you can check-in on the tablet. They also take walk-ins.

I visited this salon with my two daughters for pedicures a few months ago. I called and made an…read moreappt for us and they said no problem. When we arrived we noticed they were very busy and we had to sit and wait about 15-20 minutes after our appt time, which was frustrating. They then started on my feet and then my oldest daughter's. My youngest daughter had to wait for about 20 more minutes before they started working on her. It is frustrating to make an appt and then have staggered services. They were out of two colors that I chose. No biggie but kind of annoying after spending time picking out the perfect color....twice. The gals who gave us the pedicures were all very sweet and gave great pedicures, which have lasted a long time. The SMELL OF CHEMICALS IS STRONG IN HERE, so if you are sensitive, this is not the place for you. It doesn't seem like they have very good venitilation and had to open the door a few times, which caused it get a little cold. The prices are a little high. Easy parking.

Unfortunately the first time I came, it took an hour and a half to be seen. I thought about writing…read morea review but decided against it as it might've been a bad day for them. I came in today at 3pm and the place was 1/3 to 1/2 full. They sat me but I didn't start being helped until an hour and 20 minutes later. I'm hoping they are more open with customers in the future and don't say they have time for them if they aren't going to begin the nails within the next couple hours because I could've gone across the street had I known I would be in there for 3.5 hours... Additionally, I was just looking for a fill and the price was $75 before tip where my other place is $55. I heard good things but after trying twice, I sadly won't be back.
