Honestly, the quality of the work is very poor. They left all the cuticles and dead skin around my nails; they didn't push back my cuticles or clean the skin around the nails. My feet were the same -- they left a lot of dead skin around the sides, and the cuticle area around the nails looks terrible. They didn't even paint the nails completely. If I move the skin around, you can see parts of the nail near the back that were not painted. It looks really bad. read more

I usually don't do reviews, but I was very pleased with my first visit here. Welcoming atmosphere, great customer service, and staff adjusted well to my requests. I got a gel builder full set with design and a pedicure. My full set exceeded expectations and the work was done in a timely manner, but with great detail. On the other hand, pedicure felt very rushed--I wish it gave more of a "spa" experience like it says in the name, rather than just lathered and painted. But I will be back again! read more

I was a walk-in as I am from Arizona and needed my nails done last minute for a wedding. They have SO many color options. I did dip and was thoroughly impressed with the selection. Everyone was super friendly and I ended up having my nails done by the owner Nina, who was so sweet and did an amazing job! Nina cares very much about her customers and kept a listening ear out while taking care of me and keeping conversation during my appointment. Most owners when I end up sitting with them are answering the phones, writing in the appointment book and paying no attention to you. She definitely knows what she's doing and did an amazing job! I hadn't been in for awhile, and recently stopped by to get a quick pedicure. They made some changes, and now offer complimentary drinks, even champagne. I enjoyed a great cup of Vietnamese coffee while in the chair. Being in a rush, I chose the least expensive pedicure they offered and expected a quick polish, but she went all out with scrubs, hot stone massage and warm towels. This was my first time coming into this nail salon, I don't normally get my toes done, I usually do pedicures. However I wanted to do something relaxing with my dad for Father's Day, the salon was clean and the staff was really nice, but when I asked to do a French pedicure with some gems, the women seemed confused even when I showed her a reference photo. I had to move the gems where I wanted them myself and the overall painting work I'm very unhappy with. The overall experience was not worth the $70 I paid, she didn't clip off my toenail completely so it was flaking out of the paint, I removed it which tore the paint off because it's gel. Edit: I went back and asked if they could fix the polish, there was no questions asked, she sat me down quickly and told me it was no problem. I will bump up another star for wonderful customer service. read more

I have been going to Legacy Nails and Spa for years. I have ventured off and tried other nail salons just to return to Legacy. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. This is a hidden gem for sure. You can tell that the staff really enjoy their jobs and each other. The salon is clean and smells great, which is very important to me The decor is soft and relaxing. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life. The staff were friendly and caring despite being short staffed. I wasn't rushed there were customers ranging from older to my age to mothers with their daughters and the staff were caring enough to remember their customers names. I have been going here for years and was happy with them. Then they had a change in management or staff or something. I stopped going almost 6 months ago, after I got a horrible pedicure. I was cut not once but 3 times. I told them NOT to cut into my nail bed on the side but she did anyway. It was the worst pedicure I had ever had. When she cleaned under my toe nails, she wiped the dirty off onto my leg. I was angry but she didn't care. I complained to the gal who spoke the best English and she refused to give me a refund and didn't apologize. First off, disclaimer: Im admittedly fussy about my nails. I was hoping for a positive experience my first time here. The salon was noticeably empty which is unusual on a weekend. My dumb ass thought that was a positive. I had a pedicure, and a french manicure. I was disappointed that for my pedicure she skipped the massage altogether. I had to select 3 different polishes bc everytime she came back she said she couldn't find that color. The Tech for my nails got up and slowly moseyed around several different times to help others which I thought was weird bc it was practically empty, and forgot at one point to cure my nails! This resulted in her having to redo my nails on one hand. I wouldn't of minded how long it took if they actually came out looking decent, but unfortunately there's little black marks all over my nail bed, and the French tip is done very poorly. I've been going to Aesthetics Nail Spa for seven years and it is by far the best nail salon around! This salon is extremely clean and sanitary, as are the tools! Yes, over the years there have been some manicurist that weren't the greatest, but if you weren't happy with something all you had to do was let them know and they would correct it. After the last nail salon I went to go get a pedicure at wasn't exactly a great experience, I did some research and read some great reviews about Legacy Nails. I went in, they greeted me and I told them that I wanted a pedicure, so they told me to pick a polish color, which I did, and then they were able to get me in, the lady who did my pedicure gave me a price list for the different types of pedicure services they offer. I chose the the deluxe pedicure which included a paraffin wax, sugar scrub and hot towel treatment. The price was pretty reasonable and they weren't overly pushy about bugging you to upgrade your service. I will definitely visit them again soon. read more

On top of this after they took most of them off and I'm saying this because I walked out with chunks of acrylic still stuck to my nail they didn't even bother filing them so it didn't just look like a 5 year old cut my nails. Now I didn't want to get a manicure due to the fact I didn't want any color but come on, it takes 5 minutes to finish up someone's nails so that they look nice.
