John is very charismatic, and sets the vibe according to each client he has. He's very personable and welcoming. As for hair, I went in with over 6 months of growth and straw-dried ends. He was able to give me a fresh haircut and style and left me feeling amazing afterwards. It was easy to book online. After 6pm, there's free parking on the streets, otherwise it's by paymeter. John saved my hair!! His salon could be called "bless" organic because bless him for the blessed color correction he so masterfully performed. I went to another salon in the city for some partial highlights a few months ago, but somehow got talked into getting an expensive hand painted balayage over my already darkly dyed hair which was such a bad idea... Within hours my hair became more and more brassy pumpkin orange and even worse after only a few washes!! I was in tears after spending over $400 on hair that looked and felt ruined. My poor hair felt so fried. Fast forward to more recently when I gave master colorist John a try and thank goodness I did because he totally transformed my hair I'm so grateful to have found him.
