Lucy is the absolute greatest! She's professional and they deliver! Literally the nicest pharmacist I have ever met.

Most large drugstore chains are not what they used to be. This CVS is one of the larger ones and it…read moreseems to be stocked a bit better than some of the others. It is located in the El Camino Shopping Center. Being in a big shopping center provides plenty of parking, which is a plus. This is not my main pharmacy, but I stop by on occasion when I am visiting other establishments in the shopping center. The workers that I have encountered have been helpful and I am able to find items in stock that other CVS locations do not have. This store is open 24 hours a day, and I believe the pharmacy is only closed for 30 minutes at lunch. If you need to find something during the middle of the night, this is your location.

I have been a customer at this location for MANY years. Got my refill sent these today, out of nowhere I was told that will not refill it because I get all my meds at the North Hollywood location. Um huh? He was rude and didn't even listen to me. Told me to call my local CVS and tell her to transfer my order and he will send the medication to there. . The second call was the kicker. I call my local pharmacy, she was dumbfounded, told me this prescription was not able to be transferred and that I need a new one from my doctor. geezus, do they speak to each other? SO, I call back Woodland Hills. I asked to speak to a manager, oh guess what, she left..of course. I spoke to some lady who was ruder that the first dude. Now, all of a sudden, they don't have my order anymore, even though I see it on my CVS app. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. Hung up with zero resolution, I then called CVS Caremark, who runs my prescription, she had NEVER heard of CVS doing this. This is still CVS and not a whole different pharmacy. She gets nowhere. You would think they would give me the courtesy of filling this due to being out and NEVER being told this "policy" NOPE, UNWILLING TO HELP ME. At this point, i will be calling my union today to see what other pharmacy is covered by my insurance and I will be transferring out of CVS, This is all due to the 2 "customer service" reps at Woodland Hills.

They are a true concierge pharmacy, and the level of personalized care they provide is something I didn't think existed anymore. They have gone above and beyond for me time and time again--making sure I never go without medications that I depend on, helping me when I misplaced important prescriptions, and even delivering my medications directly to me when I wasn't able to get there. What truly sets them apart is that they genuinely care. They know their patients by name, they take the time to answer questions, they work directly with your physicians when needed, and they advocate for you every step of the way. I never feel rushed, ignored, or like I'm just another prescription to fill. As someone who takes multiple medications and has complex medical issues, having a pharmacy I can trust has made an incredible difference in my life. Their professionalism, compassion, reliability, and attention to detail are second to none. If you or someone you love has chronic health conditions, takes multiple medications, or simply wants a pharmacy that actually puts patients first, I cannot recommend Courtyard Pharmacy highly enough. They have earned my trust and my loyalty, and I honestly don't believe you'll find better service anywhere else. Thank you to the entire Courtyard Pharmacy team for treating your patients with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. You are a rare gem in healthcare.

Since this location is the closest to our house, I've continued shopping here and tried to overlook those experiences. I'm giving 3 stars because there are also employees who provide excellent customer service. Oscar is always friendly and welcoming. He smiles every time I need assistance, especially when the self-checkout isn't working properly. He is patient, helpful, and professional. Brianna is also very kind, as was the younger lady working on the evening of 6/1/26. The positive attitude and customer service from employees like Oscar, Brianna, and the other team members are the reason I'm not giving a lower rating.

I was never notified of the cancellation, so I called to understand what had happened. At CVS, you need to leave a message and the pharmacist will call you back. They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis.
