This update is solely for the folks at the pharmacy. In looking at all they must deal with, I can imagine it might not always be the most fun place to be, however, I have always had friendly people helping when I pick up prescriptions. There are two people that I wanted to give a little recognition. The first is Matthew. He is very polite and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The second is Allan. He is my favorite person to encounter at the pharmacy. When I get in line to pick up at the pharmacy, my day is better if I see he's cashiering. The store itself continues to be out of stock of so many non-prescription items, but at least Matthew and Allan make the visits a little bit better. read more

Worst customer service ever. They fradulently charged my card twice for a prescription and refused to give me my money back. I showed them in my bank app that they double charged me, but they claim THEIR computer doesn't show it! Standing there with absolute proof and they gave me a run around. The male supervisor was rude and walked away from me while I was still speaking. Avoid this store! They lost a long time customer today, and hopefully many more from this review. I had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, no attitude at all, which really stands out. I think their positive energy starts with their manager, Thomas, and it shows in how kind and helpful everyone is. The store is consistently clean, well-organized, and always fully stocked. The team is also very accommodating whenever I need help. Honestly, if it weren't for this location, I'd probably avoid CVS altogether, other locations I've visited tend to have much grumpier staff. Quite possibly the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She looks like she hasn't smiled a day in her life. I have been searching for a medication and have found it's easier to go pharmacy to pharmacy. This was my 5th pharmacy and I asked if something was in stock. She first said it was against the law for her to share that information with me, and then when I asked why the other cvs pharmacy sent me here, she then changed to "it's my managers policy." Don't play with people's health. Be nice. You don't know what that person is going through or why they need that medication. read more

This is literally the worst CVS Pharmacy around! And LAUREN "the pharmacy tech" shouldn't work anywhere near customer service! She is rude and dismissive!!! And literally yelled at me and over talked me when I asked why the drive thru was closed and the pharmacy was open! I have been here on numerous occasions and they have the drive thru closed and they close the pharmacy at 1:25pm because they are going on lunch at 1:30pm! I Came to the pharmacy today waited in line and they waited until 1:31pm to tell me they couldn't help me because they are going on lunch and to come back after 2pm! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! AVA is very lazy pharmacist always hiding behind her computer and not wanting to fill my percocet prescriptions. the tech said that they had over 800 pills available but the pharmacist manager let the entire stock go expired because she didn't feel comfortable filling narcotics???? i use naloxone just in case for my pain meds! i'm not an addict and my doctor said there was no red flags on my script! read more

The pharmacy here are a bunch of absolute morons . I had surgery and they didn't even give Me all my medication that I needed and was called in... Twice.... I had to start meds I should have been on the whole time 5 days later because at my checkup they realized I wasn't given the meds prescribed because I almost passed out not being on it . This store is a value to the community. It offers a lot of various vaccinations, flu shots, things like that. It is ideally situated such that you can pick up a lot of daily essentials. but it's the vaccination and minor health services that they offer that are so helpful, a real value add. However, the one complaint I have of them: You can be in your car waiting in their drive through line, during your lunch hour, and you can wait a long time, 30 minutes, then when you finally get to the front, it's your turn to pick up your prescription, they slam down the shade, right in your face, and post a sign, saying we are closed for lunch. So rude! They need to find a different system. You cannot do that to customers. It was just infuriating. That's just wrong. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy. No sympathy. My son's inhaler got sent to wrong pharmacy. And when I went to pick up obviously it was wrong. But I asked for it to be transferred. Lady said they are closed for lunch. And I said you look open. She said yes we close at 2. I look at the time it's 1:10... I said ok transfer it and have it be a waiter it's important. She said no people are ahead of u .... So your telling me an inhale for a one year old isn't important? You literally slap a sticker on a box ready to go and hand it to pharmacist to look at and scan and let go to be given to me .... I used to be ok with this place 6 years ago. Came to pick up meds and the pharmacy is closed on MEMORIAL DAY. On a day where people run errands, the spot you need to pick up emergent meds is closed. Pharmacy was closed mid day. Yesterday I sat in line for about 15 minutes on my way behind 4 cars to only come to the window for whoever was working to close to blinds and put up a lunch sign. This is completely unacceptable. Employees should be rotating lunch and not just shut down the pharmacy completely. Also, shouldn't someone maybe inform the cars in line that they will be closing for lunch so they can move on with there day and make them wait in line just to be told they have to wait another 30 minutes for them to get off lunch. if i could give it a 1 star i would. worse pharmacy ever! showed up with a migraine at 1:31 and apparently closed for lunch at 1:30. they were still there but couldn't and wouldn't bend; so had to wait 30 mins til they opened up again. then they opened after 30 mins and didn't have my prescription and refused to call my pharmacy transfer. they had me in tears. it truly was the worse experience. read more

i go in last week to ask about a product, they tell me they will have it on monday. i go in on monday, they tell me to come in on wednesday. i go in TODAY which is wednesday, and they tell me to check a different store that they say has it. Horrible service by incompetent pharmacist Silvia Henes. I've been under the care of the same doctor for years, and taking the same medication I've been taking for years, and when I go for my refill she didn't "feel comfortable" to give me a 3 month supply like I've always been getting and did not want to give more than a 30 day supply. My doctor even called to talk to her but she continued to be difficult controlling, and unreasonable. read more

This CVS has an absolutely incompetent staff, STARTING with its idiot pharmacist, who today, on December 9th, 2019 @ 10:30AM, decided to hand me two bottles of powder amoxicillin, to feed my one year old for her ear infection!! Why wouldn't this idiot mix the powder before handing it to me?! What would happen if I was a bigger idiot than the pharmacist and I just gave it to my kid like that?! Summary - I went in for just 1 item and no issues (Mucinex) Ambiance/parking - getting into the CVS is a little tricky when pulling in from Ventura blvd. As soon as you get in - plenty of parking spots available. Entrance is one way so I had to exit from the other side (difficult to get back to Ventura Blvd east/north bound) - I had to turn right on Ventura and a right on Topanga and another right on the 1st street to get to my north bound Ventura Blvd. goal. Service: What can I say about service? I had one item and there was no long line. The cashier scanned my item and I was on my way. Conclusion: Everything seemed fine for me and my transaction. Again, I was only in for just the single item so I can't review anything beyond that. read more

I took 3 days to get blood pressure meds, they don't follow through, then Pharmacist took more then 24 hours to fill after phone call. I called 4pm told her I'd get at 7pm, I Get there THEY CLOSED EARLY , short staff , BS. next day I'm here 930am not ready. They don't GIVE A PHUK. On 7/28 I received my 2nd vaccination. Upon arriving there I checked in online as instructed from the text they sent me. After waiting for 20 minutes I went up to the desk where an employee took my vaccination card to check me in. I had to wait another 15 minutes before getting the shot. Later that night I realized they did not give me my vaccination card back. When I called the next day the person did care to help. Worst customer service ever!!! read more

Terrible !!!!!!!! After waiting 20 mins on hold, I hung up and called back to speak with manager. I explained I was having side affects with a vaccine. All he did was put me back on hold for over 35 mins. I drove to the store, hardly anybody was in the store. when I got back to pharmacy, the staff was laughing and joking not picking up the phone. when I saw a staff member pick up the phone [eventually], he said "I have 4 calls ahead of you!. Not sure about so many complains from people here. I haven't had any issues here. Sometimes the medicine is not available the same day, but it comes in the next day. Everyone is nice there. Really I don't see why all the negativity. Way better then Target's pharmacy in Woodland Hills. And they are open way better hours. read more
