Absolutely best massage I've had in a long time. I called at the last minute and felt lucky that Lily had an opening at the perfect time. She was amazing. I needed a deep tissue massage, and also loved the hot stones. My favorite part was she was able to do a fully body massage in 60 minutes AND add in some focus time for my feet and scalp. I visited the spa with my daughter. We both were in a lot of pain, I'm a massage therapist, I'm on my feet for 9 hours a day. I... Love... This... Place! I am accustomed to going to chains for massages. But in the last couple of years, I have felt strongly about supporting local businesses especially with Covid and how hard it hit for our communities. So I wanted to make some leaps and I started with Blue Orchid Spa. Let me start by saying that it's super cute inside and very clean. The lady at the front desk was efficient and courteous. There was hardly any wait. Up until that point it was exactly what you expect... she took me to the room, give you privacy to change, let you know what you need, etc. The masseuse asked me a few questions at the start, to kind of gauge what I needed, what I wanted and where my pain was and then got to work! And of course, the main thing that matters, the massage... It was wonderful! It was better than any chain massage place I've gone to. It really loosened me up. I was impressed and super happy because I wasn't sure what kind of experience I'd get! But they are professionals, they're educated in their work, they are kind, their place is clean, it was efficient and the room is so calming. It is exactly what you'd expect from a spa. I know going away from chain spots can be really uneasy... there is a concern and a loss for your cookie-cutter experience. It's unknown but that's exactly why Blue Orchid is awesome... they're so much better! Plus, I did the hard work for you, and now you know... go to the Blue Orchid Spa.
