Honestly, Blissful Lashes has finally satisfied my lash obsession. I've been getting lash extensions done since September of 2017 and since I've recently switched salons to Blissful Lashes, I can't believe the difference I can drastically see in my lash extension results. I've gotten my lashes done by May, the owner/lead lash tech, and MY GOD I swear she's a wizard She has helped me achieve the "mascara look" that I've been wanting since I started this lash lifestyle. Not only is she fantastic at what she does as a lash artist but she's a super nice person. She's always so thoughtful about her work and encourages you to give honest feedback because she guarantees her work everytime. If something isn't quite right (although it literally always is!) she's absolutely more than willing to make the change to make sure you're completely happy with your lash service. I would give a zero rating for this place if I could. I had been getting lash extensions from another salon for 2 years now with 3-4 week fills. And just decided to try something else. Gave it a fair try for about 2months. Sad to say it really didn't work out. Sure lashes look great when you first walk out. But I had trouble with them lasting even in between the more frequent visits, I was now going in for fills every 2 weeks. Extensions would come off throughout the day, no real lash attached. And a little loss is expected, I do have realistic expectations. But having bare spots even with 2 week fills is simply unacceptable. First time I got my set from Dede they were falling off, I let her know there's a problem and by the time she could fit me in on a day that worked with my schedule it had been a little over a week. I was still charged. To be fair she did offer a discounted full charge. Ok. Maybe it was something I did differently during that week that caused them to fall out. The next fill she did lasted much better. It was the only time I was satisfied with longevity. Ok great, maybe I can have this kind of experience all the time, right? Wrong! Next time I cane back for a fill it was even worse. They started coming out the first day! I had contacted Dede to let her know there was a problem. She texted me saying she can fit me in "today at 1pm". So I build my whole day based on that. Figure out what to do with my 2 kids, etc. I come in at 1pm and she says " I told you tomorrow at 1pm" I show her the text she had sent which definitely says "today". No apology, no nothing. She turns me away, and gives me times she can fix this fill that don't really work for me. I had already spent the time on my appointment. I had to pay to get childcare for my 2 kids for this appointment. And since I had already paid for this service. And she turned me away when she told me to come back. She screwed up but not even an apology or I'm sorry or anything. I decided not to go back. And to return to the previous salon I was going for 2 years getting 3-4 week fills, no problem. I couldn't find an appointment soon enough and decided I would go back one last time, just to get our family photos. And she told me not to come back! No concept of customer service whatsoever. She makes good money from this job and that's the only thing she cares about. So beware. Don't waste your time or money. The minute you say there's a problem with your extension they will tell you it's your fault, something you did wrong, your lashes were not clean enough, etc etc anything but to take responsibility for their poor service and lack of quality. One other note--WA state requires an esthetician license for lash extensions and I could not find this lash artist's license on WA state department of Health licensed professional search. I love May! I've been seeing her for the last two years! Going to her is a real treat because I truly feel like I'm getting pampered! Everything is super clean and the ambiance is just so relaxing! I first met Mae when I bought a Groupon deal nearly 5 years ago! She is friendly and very pleasant to work with. She knows how to make me beautiful! She is very flexible with accommodating my fills when my lashes are bare. Her salon is very clean and her table/bed is so warm and cozy, she has a mattress warmer on it! She gives you water and candies at the end of your appointment. I live nearly 40 miles away from her but I will follow wherever she relocates to! She's that good! read more

I have been going to May for about 2 years now and absolutely adore her. She takes her time with my lashes and does a great job. I get regular compliments on my lashes when out and about in town and I can see that her lashes are better than all the ones I've seen on others. My lashes were not put on correctly. To much glue and to many lashes. My regular eyelashes were damaged. My lashes would crossover which they are never suppose to do. Seriously to start off, I don't write reviews what so ever and tbh I have never got eyelash extensions but one of my friends referred me to May, I text her and she responded with multiple days and times for appointment. I was nervous to get lash extensions because I wasn't sure if they would last a long time or be comfortable. I talked to May and she put all my concerns at ease. I had my first set for a month and they still looked very good before my fill. May does an excellent job- perfect length for what I wanted, high quality materials that last a long time and feel as if there is nothing on your eyes. She gives you lots of tips on how to make them last. VERY easy to communicate and schedule-just text her and she will get back to you! I would not trust anyone else with my lashes because this is May's passion. It is not just one of a dozen services she does. She actually went to school to do this and perfectly executes putting the lashes on. The price she charges for the quality surprises me, I have heard of double and triple being charged for the same quality! If I could give more than five stars I would. May has done my lashes in the past and they are exquisite she is so friendly and genuine. Her prices are so reasonable and she definitely knows what she's doing. If you need an appointment she responds immediately and tries to fit you in wherever she can. Today I saw her new employee Dede and I cannot sing her Praises enough. My lashes are absolutely flawless. She was so patient with me and so kind. Her attention to detail was like none other. I have had my lashes done at multiple places and I will never go anywhere else again. The business is easy to get to clean inviting and refreshing. May is amazing.
