I have been shopping at Kiko + Sven for the past several years. I then went back to do a little holiday shopping, and have been back many times since. I am also happy that the shop continues to host a spirt stop on the stroll. Kiko + Sven is a tiny shop with a lot of cute items. Some appear handmade and other are just cute or unique. They probably have more jewelry than anything. It is mostly dainty gold and silver, some with long beads and some made from clay. They have a back wall that is full of greeting cards, and a section of toddler and baby items. There are usually quite a few candles and soaps, and a small amount of cocktail/cooking supplies. All of it calls out to me... and makes me want to spend money. They also have a rack of clothing in the shop, and usually a sale rack outside. I have bought a couple of tops and a cute shawl there in the past, but since the selection is so small, I often don't find any clothing that either is my size or style. I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Their stock varies over time and you may or may not luck out. All in all, if you are shopping or eating on Adams, go check it out. It's really fun to browse and you may find something you like. For Macy's Backstage when it came to Christmas they had the largest selection of put together trees and the classic decorations that had the older designs and the standing Santas for the house. Macys Backstage is the large red brick building you could see while driving and close to the Nordstroms Rack when you came to the mall you could go in from the parking and shop and the all doors rake you right over near the AMC Theater . Almost made it out with pajamas only...but the checkout line is a trap. I found travel sized perfume and cologne, as well as snacks for our upcoming road trip. Our cashier Joanna was also amazing! This parking lot is typically a mess. I like to park in one of the furthest parking spots. Luckily I scored a parking within a minute of pulling in. I never grab a cart because I know I'll buy more than I don't need. I bee-lined it to the pet section. Couldn't find hit butt wipes, so I perused the harnesses and collars. They didn't have any in his size, but I did find a really nice rope leash. I should have headed straight to the register to check out, but who actually does that. I mosey on over to the kitchenwares and had to refrain from looking at the Halloween decor. Cruised down the back shoe aisle to see if the had any Reef chanclas in my size. Then I did a quick drive-by through the health essentials and found his butt wipes misplaced with face wipes. So happy I detoured. Now I head to the registers, but I must spend 7 minutes looking at snacks I can't eat or need. But the prices on snacks are so good! I successfully resisted the snacks made it to Self-Checkout. Stopped at security and out the door I go. While this is the closest Ross to me I don't shop here very often. The aisle are too close for my comfort and I wish they organized it better so I don't have to dig through items. I would problem shop here more if organization improves.

The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.
