This place sucked. I have very curly hair, wanted to get a blow out for the first time for Halloween. Having curly hair, you have to put a lot of product during wash day so it doesn't turn into a frizzy mess (curl cream and gel). Prior to the appointment, I brushed out my curls so they were not tangled for the stylist. I guess that was a mistake bc she looked at my hair like she was disgusted, touched it like it was unclean. Then proceeded throughout the experience telling me what's wrong with my hair. Showed her pictures, she does something not in the picture at all. Asked me if I liked it, I said no I wanted it like the picture. Her response was this has never happened before but she will do what I asked. Three tries later, she finally gets it to look like the picture in their own lookbook. Also she commented on my dress, like it was uncool. Whole experience sucked. I decided to book an appointment last minute on a holiday & to my surprise they were able to get me in if I could wait about an hour. Reba was my stylist. She asked a few questions to see what style I wanted, but in the end when I told her what my plans were over the next few days, she knew better than I did. My hair came out so nice. The way she did it, it will actually last a few days. I appreciate going to a place where everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable.
