I double-checked, and each one said: "May be repurchased every 90 days. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s)." This was listed on each of the options. They also said "New customers only." I'm a brand new customer, so that wasn't a problem. When I called to schedule my appointment, the calls went straight to voicemail. I kept getting callbacks from a private number, and my phone is usually set to not receive those kinds of calls. When I realized who was calling me (she left a voicemail), I had to change the feature to be able to receive the call. Okay, no problem. We connected today. But when she mentioned the two appointments, I mentioned that I had also purchased the other option, too. She then explained their policy, indicating I couldn't use the option with the one appointment. I would have been fine with that, but she asked me to pull up the Groupon and read the details. I did, and they conflicted with what she had just explained to me. She also said I wouldn't be a new customer anymore after the first appointment, and that confused me because one of the Groupons was for TWO appointments. Was I going to be allowed to use it? I love it just as much as I love her , I usually see her about all 3 weeks for a fill of my Lashes and am always happy with the results . I don't need mascara and I hardly use any other eye make up and still feel made up nicely all the time. My lashes look natural and not fake at all. I was once in Las Vegas and had a refill done there and seriously had stripper lashes afterwards. I told my hairdresser that I like to get my lashes done and she replied that I wouldn't need that because my lashes are beautiful not knowing that I had them done! That's how good they look. I will be back and back again. Parking is plentiful and free at this location there is somebody at the reception that can help you at any time.
