From the front desk staff that welcomed me, to the medical assistants assisting Dr.Zivony, to the staff that greeted me in the hallways, to the staff that checked me out, I was so impressed by their attentiveness, their eye contact, their clear delivery of medical questions and information, and their genuine care for me and my health. Dr. Zivony has such a sincere, professional, and calming chair-side manner. I appreciated his listening to my concerns about a certain mole that I had on my back and giving me clear information about the different type of moles in a way I could really understand. From check-in, to initial patient prep, physician treatment, nurse follow-up and check out. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs! I'm prone to skin cancers and have had them removed including some requiring Mohs procedures. These require complex reconstruction techniques as well as careful thoroughness. Great attention is given to excellent service coupled with minimizing surgical impact to maintain cosmetic aesthetics, thank you Dr Andersen and your fabulous staff!
