I have NEVER cried after a wax appointment from disappointment until last night, I only got this wax because I'm going on vacation for my birthday in literally the next 24 hours and I knew I was gonna get in the pool at my hotel but had I known I would be leaving like this, I would've just shaved and saved my money. You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started.
