My most recent session was my biggest yet and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it went. I've seen about four different technicians here, and they've all been great. But my last appointment was with Michelle, and she was truly top notch. Her attention to detail was next level. She really listened to my concerns, took her time, shaved certain areas carefully, and even showed me pictures to confirm exactly what I wanted. She explained things clearly and made suggestions for what we could adjust or improve at my next appointment, which I really appreciated. She also made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire session, which matters a lot with this kind of treatment. The results have been amazing, and she gets right up to the exact areas I want treated without overdoing it. I can't recommend Michelle enough. I already booked my next appointment with her and am genuinely excited to go back. Highly recommend this location if you're considering laser hair removal treatments.

What makes it even more frustrating is that the office frequently calls and texts asking if I can come in earlier, but even after rearranging my schedule, I still end up waiting. The front desk staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. If you ask why your appointment is running late or how much longer the wait will be, you're often met with attitude rather than a helpful response. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when patients are already waiting beyond their scheduled appointment times. As a customer, I don't feel that my time is valued, and the overall experience has been disappointing enough that I'm considering finding another place for my laser hair removal treatments.

THEY LOOK GOOD! I hate having paper-cut lips and have previously gotten lip filler done with several different practitioners so trust me when I say SUSIE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Susie elicits real feedback on her work and strikes the perfect balance between giving her clients EXACTLY what they're asking for without letting them overindulge. You will never have to worry about developing filler blindness if Susie is your girl. Susie's attention to detail is unparalleled and she will give you EXACTLY what you're looking for. My pain tolerance is usually nonexistent but I felt minimal discomfort during my treatment with Susie -- she is VERY gentle. Susie is also very funny and gorgeous, and I lowkey want to gatekeep her because she is THAT good. The front desk girls here are also very beautiful, sweet, and welcoming. Overall 10/10 experience!

To make matters worse, the staff has a terrible attitude--talking with that signature 'vocal fry' and sounding completely impatient. When I tried to push for details about the advertised deal, I was abruptly hung up on. This has happened twice so far. If this is how they treat potential clients before they even get through the door, I can't imagine how many eye-rolls I'd get during an actual treatment. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

I dealt with severe discomfort and emotional stress from this experience. What has been even more frustrating is how the situation has been handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

Okay, but my nails, my choice. Like what right does she have to tell me what I like is "too busy?" The service is mid at best. Despite the high price I paid for my designs and gel x, the gems kept falling off and they refused to help me fix the nails. I went in twice to get the gems replaced and they just told me to come back tomorrow. If you don't want to fix them, then just tell me that. Don't ask me to come back again on a third day. It's ridiculous.
