I have been to Orange twist twice now (once in Irvine and one in Brea) and both times were a PHENOMENAL experience. I learnt so much about my skin and which products I should be using. Not only was the service educational and relaxing but I also had great conversations with my estheticians. I have now done the Hydra-facial and their normal facial which were both a lovely service. Terrible customer service from OrangeTwist Irvine location. I've been a member for years, but they continue to disappoint. They offer excuses instead of solutions and waste your time with long phone calls that never address your concerns. The Botox feels ineffective, and I question the quality of their products--or the training of their injectors. They don't stand behind their services. Why they don't show what they inject in your skin? How I know if they actually injected Botox??? Paying over $100 a month for this membership simply isn't worth it. I'm incredibly disappointed, and this isn't the first time they've let me down. I gave them another chance and deeply regret it. There are plenty of reputable injectors and med spas in Orange County--do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Avoid this place. read more

Ive been coming to NP Brett for 5 years on and off for lip filler and Dysport. Her placement of toxin and filler is just impeccable. Ive tried other places because they were "cheaper" but never had the same symmetry or overall outcome that Brett consistently provides EVERYTIME. Consistency is so hard to find in all things let alone facial filler/toxin. My issues became more complex when I made a poor choice in trusting a well known Dr to perform a lower bleph on me. The lower bleph performed caused not only volume loss due to over excised fat of the lateral fat pad but over all facial Asymmetry. Brett saved me. She injected me with 2 syringes of cheek filler and forehead dysport to help with brow symmetry and WOW. Ive never looked better thanks to Brett. read more

So when she became regional trainer for Hydrafacial in south Florida, and purchased a $300 gift card for me to this place because she believed in the quality and consistency of services, I listened! I've had 4 hydrafacials in my life and besides my family friend, this place was tops! Raeleen was my esthetician and was super thorough and professional. The place is squeaky clean and actually smells like citrus (where are they hiding their aromatherapy??) I had a blissful 30-40 min during my signature hydrafacial and am seriously contemplating their citrus club membership for consistent and quality self-care every month! She spent extra time to extract along my problem areas- nose and chin. Usually, I would have to request this. There was a small snafu between what I booked and what was actually done, but she sincerely made amends! Brett thoroughly explained all of the treatments and did not do a hard sell. I don't know any website that doesn't allow you to cancel your membership on the spot. It's ridiculous. They charge you $99 monthly even if you don't get any treatment. And you can't cancel membership until after 6 months via email! Can't do it over the phone with a live person. Not a click on the website like most places. No, it has to be via email. I went there for a consult and decided to get a little work done. I told them that I wanted to make appointment and she told me I had to pay first. I gave them my credit card information and they charged me the full amount for the procedures that I would be getting. One day goes by and I hear nothing about my appointment. Two days go by and still nothing. Three days goes by and I said to myself, I'll wait seven days for them to schedule me an appointment as I was trying to be patient and not be a prima donna. The weekend came around and I wasn't expecting anyone to get in touch with me on Saturday or Sunday. Day six and seven came and went and still no appointment. So I went in and told them that I wanted my money back and they softly tried to get me to schedule my appointment THEN. My response was I don't usually go into Burger King and set my $10 down on the counter and then walk out with no food. So that would be a hard pass for me! The next day I received a text saying that I would get my refund 10 to 14 days from today. If you value your money, find a business that respects and values your money too because OrangeTwist is NOT that business! read more

*I'd like to preface this review by saying I have not had any treatment done at Orange Twist yet. * I called Orange Twist to inquire about IPL services and the lady I spoke to was very nice and scheduled a consultation for me. I came in and had a warm greeting and felt very comfortable. When it was my turn to have the consultation with the nurse, she was super lovely, but she herself does not to IPL so we weren't able to talk about that much. Instead, we chatted about general skin care and I had to be rescheduled for another consultation with the nurse who does IPL. As much as I enjoyed speaking with her, I felt that it was a complete waste of time. Everybody is busy, and in my case I had to arrange childcare. I felt that it was kind of a waste of time, energy, and gas. Again, I did have a pleasant experience aside from that and may go in for my second consultation. But I wish that my appointment was correctly scheduled and hope that this doesn't happen to other clients as well. read more

She's honest about which treatments will work best for your individual needs and never tries to pressure you into getting additional treatments. She's great with Sculptra injections, Botox with no bruising and I have lots of little veins around my eyes, Ultherapy, Micro-needling, Clear and Brilliant laser, IPLs, all types of fillers, and more.
