I visited a few before I found Concierge Aesthetics, and I can say I have found my "home" with them. Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics. I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. Whatever your needs, I am confident in referring Susie, her ability to listen and understand enable her to tailor treatments very specifically for each individual. Lastly- the space is so warm and inviting. The vibes are amazing, I feel like I'm with my friends in how we can share stories, joke and have a good time. There is no awkward silence, the space and people make it feel like a cozy upscale spa filled with friends. Honestly if I could afford it, I'd go much more often just to soak in good energy of the space and people. (Honestly that says so much because I normally despise appointments and errands).

To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

Let me start off by saying how incredible Orange twist and the entire staff there is. In may, I learned about a special orange twist was running for cool sculpting. I didn't know much about it, but Lexi helped educate me on all of the benefits. Covid had me packing on some extra pounds in the love handle area, but cool sculpting could help me cut some of the fat. The pricing seemed super good compared to other companies. So I decided to move forward after some convincing On my appointment date, everyone was on time and on schedule. Lexi welcomed me in and I filled out some paperwork and then was brought to a consultation room. I then met Rose who was the manager and who helped analyze the best spot to have cool sculpting done. They then marked me up and took me to my throne. I was made super comfy with pillows and even a TV to watch Netflix. After they hooked me up, I then was able to sit comfortably until I was completed. It was basically painless. Brett, who is the nurse, was even able to help me with Botox at my appointment, leaving my skin feeling silky smooth. It didn't hurt at all, and you could tell she was super knowledgeable and had done this a 1,000 times. I came to Illuminate because one of my friends recommended their services to be. I called and spoke to their client coordinator Sadaf, who has really helpful answering all of my questions and made me an appointment to come in and see one of their providers to help me choose which service was more beneficial for me! When I went in, Sadaf went through all of the forms with me and gave the grand tour! I loved the location, it is so beautiful and grand. I met with Ashley and she answered all of my additional questions and did my botox for me! The girls are both very sweet and helpful. They even followed up with me a couple of days later and check in to see how my experience was and if I had any additional questions! After that I went in for an Ultherapy treatment for my lower face! I have to say I loved my results! Every day I see more and more improvements. I went in thinking the location does massages, only to discover that they are a medical spa. After going through their extensive menu, and asking many questions I finally decided on the Vitamin IV therapy & Hydrafacial combo. I was feeling a little under the weather so Sadaf, the client coordinator recommended the myers cocktail for my IV therapy! She managed to book me for a same day treatment, and walked me back to their lounge to hangout while their provider finished with the last client finished. They had everything from Kombucha to beer, and it was nice to be able to just relax! Ashley answered any additional questions that I had when she took me back into the hydrafacial room! I had never had a facial before but I decided to give it try! Afterwards my face felt clean, and once they showed me the stuff they pulled out of my skin I was amazed! If I could give OTI 10 stars I would! If you're a first-timer and looking for a location that's clean, not intimidating with friendly staff, this is it! Book Nurse Brett for Botox...she's so sweet and delivers even sweeter results. I love that I tell her what I want and without hesitation she's confident in her poking (which doesn't hurt, by the way!). The whole process takes a couple of minutes which surprised me...very non-invasive. Visits with Nurse Brett are now part of my self-care routine! The HydraFacials are so relaxing. This is self-care elevated! Prepare for a longer visit for this service which involves no poking, all cleansing. Trust me when I say, you will be surprised how bad you needed that first HF! Enjoy. I have been to Illuminate for several different treatments! I have gotten vitamin shots for energy, Botox, and the vampire facial! I love the girls that work at the spa! Everyone is very professional, booking an appointment is easy and quick and they accommodated my busy schedule! This place is absolutely gorgeous and everyone is SO nice. As for the treatment, I got a facial peel with Ashley and I couldn't be happier! She let me know what to expect, before, during, and after, and pretty much everything was spot on. I had seen some youtube videos of peels that looked very intense; however the vitalize peel treatment was a light peel (for me) and I saw peeling for only several days, and afterwards my face felt like a baby's bottom. I have a lot of freckles and the peel did not get rid of them; however, my skin has an evenness and brightness that I have not ever seen before! She had me waiting to be zapped with the laser, while she sat on the couch and caught up with a friend. The way she talked to me and acted like I was an inconvenience was something I brought up to management back then. I tried to ask for someone else but she was the only one left to do it apparently, as everyone else left. I never write reviews but after I switched to SEV laser I became furious. I paid a literal quarter of what I paid at dermabare and I saw better results after two treatments from SEV. I had received 18 treatments from Dermabare, yes 18! "good results take awhile sometimes, blah blah blah" kept me coming back and taking my money. I still shaved everyday at the time. After only two appointments at SEV I can now go a few days without shaving. Reminder at the fraction of the cost. Not to mention it somehow hurts way less at SEV but works better? I don't mean to come on here and bash but my experience is what I experienced and I wish I saved $2,000+ and got results in a quarter of the time for a quarter of the costs...

During my appointment, an employee took photos of me and laughed while looking at them, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Although I was told I needed more than 20 units, I explained that I only wanted the 20 units I had purchased, focused around my eyes. After the treatment, my eye became swollen and bruised, which has made me concerned about the placement of the injections. Based on my personal experience, I will not return. I strongly encourage others to confirm the injector's name, credentials, and level of experience before receiving any treatment here.
