I've been researching various treatment options for my sagging skin/double chin and came across Cutis Medical Aesthetics. It's a pretty new office so I knew that there will be some pros and cons but decided to go with my gut. I called to make an appointment and was able to get one right away. One of the perks of going to a new office is that you can get an appointment right away and the wait is short. As I walked in, I noticed how clean and nicely decorated it was. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff and within minutes was able to see the doctor. Unlike other doctors that try to rush you and move on to the next patient, Dr. Lee was so thorough and knowledgeable. Given that I've already done my homework (google search lol), I somewhat knew what I was getting into so I promised myself that I wouldn't get stuck with some overpriced procedure that I couldn't afford. But Dr. Lee explained to me all of the different treatment options and what would work best for my pocket and my skin type. I chose to get a treatment called Ultherapy on my whole face since its non-invasive and has practically zero down time. The procedure was performed by an RN, Seon who guided me evey step of the way. She had warned me that the treatment might be a little painful beforehand but it wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. She was very gentle and kept making sure that I wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort. I think the whole procedure took about 2-3 hours (including a mask to settle the skin) and I came out of the office without any scars or bruises. It's been about 2 months since my treatment and I have to say, I can already see a huge difference in my chin and neck area. It has definitely tightened my skin and my double chin is less visible. My experience with Dr. Lee and Seon have been so pleasant that I'm definitely planning to make another visit. They're very friendly and surprisingly affordable.
