Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics. I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. I had my consultation with Dr. Tsay and Mika, and they were incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain the different treatments they thought would be helpful and created a personalized treatment plan that included a VI Peel, pico laser, and BBL. I especially appreciated that they always kept my wedding timeline in mind when recommending and scheduling my treatments. Kim administered my VI Peel and carefully explained what to expect during the healing and peeling process. She was also available by text afterward if I had any questions, which I really appreciated. Mika performed my BBL and pico laser treatments and was wonderful throughout the entire process. She also took the time to ask about the skincare products I was currently using and recommended things I could do at home to continue improving my skin and maintain my results. What I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured to purchase products from them. Her focus was simply on making sure that whatever products I chose to use contained the ingredients she felt would be most effective for my skin type and concerns. It made her recommendations feel genuinely focused on what was best for my skin rather than on selling me products. I had undergone a different type of laser treatment several years ago, and my experience with the BBL and pico treatments at Ageless MD was so much more pleasant. The treatments themselves were nearly painless and very tolerable. The numbing cream they use beforehand works extremely well, and the cooling mask afterward made such a difference. I never left the office with the burning sensation I remembered from my previous laser treatment. The downtime was also surprisingly short--I never felt like I would be embarrassed to be seen in public afterward. I also loved that they took photos at each appointment so I could actually see the progress I was making from one treatment to the next. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, and they always followed up afterward to make sure I was healing as expected and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Scheduling was very convenient as well. They offer Saturday appointments, and I was always able to find a time that worked with my busy schedule. One of the things I appreciated most was how personal the entire experience felt. Everyone knew about my upcoming wedding and remembered personal details I had shared during previous appointments. He assured me the RN's there will go over my health concerns and let me know if there is something they can't give me but that overall most of their products are very good and will give me such great relief, energy and joy after my session. I would say the RN session took maybe 5-8 mins going over my health history, concerns. Once that was done, she put in a needle in my vein. After took me out of the private exam room to the IV Lounge Chair area to start the Cold Flu IV bag. I was given a antiviral and b12 IV Fluid. That process to finish the bag was about 20-30 mins. It was pretty fast. Mason from FD gave me a comfy pillow, hot tea w/honey and water while I relaxed. I went to pay, and I let the FD staff Mason know I would like the monthly membership Jesse had explained to me about a special promotion for this month. I asked about any referral promotions and he shared the current promotion for new members "give $50, get $50 off" promotion. I was very happy with my 50% off first month promotion. I was happy to learn that your 1x IV a month. If you don't use that month, it will roll over the next month. That really sold me bc not every day I will often need any of those. Also, if you do use all your IV monthly benefits, additional add-ons will be 20%. Ofc I might not explain it correctly but i've attached the membership info below. With my primary doctor not having availability soon enough, and I didn't want to pay for urgent care or the ER, Hydration Room was the best solution for me. I called in and Dunya was able to help me make a same day appointment. She was very helpful and accommodating. This location of Hydration Room is in the North Park Irvine area, and they are near Edible Arrangements, Brugger's Bagels, and Starbucks in the corner of the plaza. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. They have 2 private treatment rooms in the back and 6 chairs in the communal area for the IVs. I checked in and I was welcomed to the treatment room in the back with Amalyne. She was super sweet and helpful. I described my symptoms and she recommended the GI IV that has 2 bags of liquids to help with the rehydration as well as a variety of vitamins, anti nausea, anti inflammatory, and other things that were like magic in my journey to recovery. Amalyne was really great putting in the IV, and I want to give her extra recognition for going on lunch a little late to wait for me to finish my IVs. It was much appreciated. Nhi checked me out and she was super sweet and informative also. Nhi told me how they had a Spring Special where any 2 IVs are on sale for $275. The GI Cocktail IV Therapy was already $230 so it made sense to pay a little more and have another non-expiring IV for future Van. What a deal! A fantastic experience with this location and all staff interactions. I am so grateful they were able to help me get on the mend for my important business travel. My sincerest gratitude to this team!
