If you come in over a month, they charge $80. They charge extra during a fill in for broken nails. Though Elvia is awesome, it may be time to find a new place. read more

This is my first time here and the experience was great! I scheduled an appointment a day before for a gel manicure and regular pedicure . Upon my arrival I was greeted by name and my technician (Kelly) was ready to provide my service. The establishment is very clean. Plastic bags are placed on tubs for each pedicure. The staff is extremely accommodating. I received a heating pad for my neck and access to chair massage. The neck heating pad was changed throughout the service ensuring that it remained warm even when my feet were drying. The technician gave me a brief neck massage after finishing my gel manicure. I would definitely recommend this nail spa. I am so happy I finally found a place close to home that meets my standards. read more

Yeah, so they don't use brand new purple pumice stones for pedicures i was horrified when I watched them wash them off in the sink people wash their hands in, and they don't use new water filters after each client. They don't wipe anything down after a client gets up from the pedicure chair. A day after I paid $60 for a spa package on top of their 50 dollar pedicure fee, I could see all the dead skin still there. My toes still hurt from the pedicure. I felt had to micromanage the entire process because she didn't spend enough attention to the detail of my toes. To the point of there being too much gel polish on my toes.. that the gel is peeling off.. I didn't feel relaxed either because I felt like it was so chaotic. Also, the wax they advertise is only on your heels if you are used to dipping your entire foot in a bag. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of hygiene practiced there. I was the idea of returning to have them fix their mistakes, but I draw the line at being unsanitary where people can get fungal infections. And they played the same song on repeat. read more

I'm a regular at a salon in Paramus, but they hiked their prices so my homegirl told me about this place. I was in need of a gel mani/ reg pedi so I came here one snowy morning. The place was empty, usually not a good sign but went there on a weekday morning. They play classical music which makes it so relaxing. I was given a heating pad to put over my neck. It was too hot for me to tolerate, so I placed it on my lap instead. Then, I was offered 3 different types of drinks. I chose the rice green tea. I've never been so relaxed at a nail salon, I was about to fall asleep. The guy who I believe is the owner made sure my heating pad was still warm and my tea was refilled. They have phone stands at each mani station which was a plus for me. My mani and pedi came out looking great! They really do make you feel at home. They have a returning customer for sure! read more

The place was clean, the ppl were friendly. Prices are reasonable. Chairs were comfortable. We got spa pedicures & regular manicures. They offered coffee, tea, or water. They also provide neck warmers & make sure to replace them with another once it cools down. I would make the trip back to Teaneck to utilize their salon again. The true definition of what a nail salon is supposed to be! The music is chill and zen, so peaceful. I came in without an appointment and only waited 10 minutes. My nail lady was Linda and she was so amazing! The owner comes around with a heat pad for your shoulders and makes sure you have a hot one your entire stay. Walk-ins are welcome but again, understand this is not your regular nail salon. As you walk in you are greeted by name and seated. They bring you a warm neck pillow and refresh it every 10 minutes or so. I was given a blanket for my pedi since I had on a sundress and they made sure I was very comfortable. The pedicure was so precise. Exactly the shape I had asked for. It includes a scrub, coconut oil massage and a wax heel mask. Moving on to mani, I was given a pillow for lumbar support and a phone stand to hold my phone. Again, the attention to detail is unmatched. The manicurist made sure I was satisfied with every step along the way. You hear nothing but beautiful relaxing piano ballads. No loud music or talking. It is truly a relaxing experience. I waited to experience this salon 4 times before writing a review. The service was exceptional every time. The services are priced at average market rates and the service/experience is exquisite. The little things really add up and the staff was super friendly :) They gave me a stool to have my bag on, a phone stand for my phone to look at, and were so attentive with changing the warm pad they keep on your shoulders. After 6 visits of star treatment today I was rejected on baseless allegations. The owners have been great, accommodating and even know my first name. Today I wanted in ....no availability, fine. I attempted to schedule an appointment I was denied the opportunity. They alleged that I had a no show and appointments are for loyal customers only. Wow, I'm so upset. Because I visit the shop 1x month and he was unable to prove that he was correct. He checked the log and even his phone records. I could've gone the extra mile but I presented their visit card to justify my la as t 10.24.22 visit. When he realized he was wrong, offered to schedule I WALKED OUT! Very unfortunate but I would not return based on respect and worth of my money. read more
