I don't get my nails done often so I tend to salon shop until I find a really good one! I was so pleasantly surprised at how well organized, clean, talented and thorough this visit went. I had made an appointment and sure enough, when I walked in, the nail artist (Hannah) was ready to rock. In the past even with an appt I've waited 30-60 min, so I thought that was standard. I felt like I got the bare minimum service. My nails were cut unevenly, not filed properly even though I asked her to fix it. The gel application extends past the nail hence the peel today. (I got them done yesterday). The pedicure felt like a basic one even though I purchased first class. The callus scrub lasted less than a minute. She didn't do skin removal nor did she even out my toenails. You can see how the nail polish is outside of the lines. Not really sure how it's 4 stars to be honest. After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. It loooks dark from the outside but once I walked it it was nice and spacious, I was also surprised by a dog in a playpen in the shop. I was given Shereena as my nail tech. I got the Ice Cream Pedicure, you actually are given ice cream . I skipped it since I'm trying to stay away from sweets. My pedicure went well. Two small things a I didn't like. I am not a fan of the drill they use to buff. Additionally my toes look dry. Okay on to my manicure which went well. Honestly, my main complaint is about the dog in the shop. I have a dog allergy and started sneezing once I got closer to the dog. Second, the owner proceeded to try to train the dog to take a nap while we were sitting there and the dog started barking. Then she chased it through the shop when it picked up something in its mouth. I go to the salon to relax and that was not achieved. My technician was great and I would allow her to do my nails again. I was looking for a place that didn't half a$$ pedicures and stopped my search here! Their Blooming Pedicure is absolutely perfect. They scrub, exfoliate, moisturize your legs/feet, use hot towels, put effort into their massages, actually remove your calluses, occasionally I get ingrowns and they have no problem removing them for me. I leave happy every single time and excited to go back! Not only are their pedicures amazing but so are their manicures. I get SNS and my go-to nail tech is Sam. She takes her time, strives for perfection, and is sweet as can be. I can show her a picture of what I'm looking for and she never disappoints! Everyone that works here is hardworking and friendly... I would not recommend. I came in for a pedicure. The lady trimmed my nails and didn't file very well so my nails are sharp and jagged. She didn't paint my nails all the way so the look completely unfinished. The clear coat is clumpy. I left with so much oil on my legs I couldn't wait to leave work to go home and shower because my skin was so greasy and itchy. Will not be back and will end up fixing my nails at home now. I have had nothing but good things to say about this place since going for the past month and a half yesterday unfortunately I was pretty grossed out while having my pedicure, I watched the nail tech take the toe separators off the lady next to me and threw them back in the bin with all the other separators then watched my nail tech proceed to put the same ones on my feet when I said I didn't want them I was ignored... I was getting my acrylic nails soaked off because after a week of having them they were all lifted and not the best quality while I was getting my manicure the person doing my nails he cut almost every other finger as well as all my nails being different shapes when I tried talking to the lady in the front she didn't seem like she was listening... very upset I had this experience especially when paying over 100 dollars for their service will be finding a new place to go because I'm deeply grossed out at the reuse of toe separators very unsanitary if you do end up coming here Hannah is amazing read more

I almost never leave reviews, but this salon deserves a great one. I called to see if they had time to do a pedicure, and they said yes. They took me right away. I had gel on my toenails that I wanted removed to make a switch back to polish. This was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. My left big toe had a crack in it that went up the entire nail. One of the other technicians came over and spent a good 10 minutes applying materials to it to keep it from cracking further and protect it. I would have gladly paid extra for that service, but they went above and beyond, and did not charge me extra. Everything was done with the utmost detail. All of the rough surfaces are gone, and cuticles are trimmed. I highly recommend Blooming Nails, and I thank them for taking the time to do such a great job. read more

I just got a fill here and was very impressed. The salon was clean and the music playing gave it a chill vibe, but the absolutely best part was my nail tech! Hung-Lee (pardon if I misspelled the name) listened to what I wanted nail-wise and he absolutely saved a bad-full set I had gotten the previous week. When he did my fill he made sure the nails looked natural but remained sturdy. He pushed back my cuticles and cleaned them up incredibly all while being very gentle, (I always hate it when I come back from the salon feeling like my hands have gone through some sort of medieval torture). Was the worst full sets me and my grandma have ever had. We there 2 hours just for my full set and was $140 which is ridiculous. He cut my finger3 times ave didn't even notice when I jumped. I'm only in town for the weekend, visiting from the Bay Area, haven't had my nails done since quarantine(!!) found this gem of a nail salon on yelp and super satisfied overall! I called ahead of time and was sat right away. Wide assortment for gel nail colors and was pleased w how my French pedi came out. Will come back for future visits. Also, didn't get the names of the two ladies of service, but both were kind and professional! They keep the salon verrrry clean and sterilized, which is great considering the pandemic. I think my only complaint is that country music was playing in the back the whole time, but that's just my personal preference. I know we all like different flavors read more

I went here because my regular salon is temporary closed. It was not a welcoming place and was a bit unfriendly. I don't think my nail tech knew English and made no attempt to speak. I was charged more for my pedicure here than my regular place and it included much less for the same price. If I was looking for a place to go regularly this wouldn't be the place I would choose. read more

Nice women here - I had a lovely nail tech who didn't introduce herself. Overall it was a good experience - they use high quality products (OPI and Gelish and SNS) but unfortunately didn't seem to use individual sterilized instruments - there was the plastic liner in the pedi tub, though. I opted for paraffin wax pedi upgrade and they have little foot oven mitts to keep your tootsies warm with the wax - this was pretty delightful. I got a nice pedicure and manicure, overall - I asked for something that the tech I had never done, and there was much shouting and kerfuffle between the owner and the techs where it seemed like there was anger and confusion trying to get them all on the same page with my request. It didn't instill a level of confidence for me, but the end result was actually quite nice, so in the end, a 4 star experience. Would come again. read more

when i walked in i provided the reference picture. i simple french tips. they are so thick and just overall not what i asked for. there were multiple times were i asked to make the white thinner or to make the acrylic thinner as well and the man that was doing my nails would roll his eyes and say they were fine. he charged me $100 which for french tip i believe to be ridiculous. never come back and these are for my wedding. also during the whole appointment, he never asked me any questions about how i liked my nails and etc. read more

I really wish my experience was better, but I wanted to share to save someone else from an unpleasant pedicure experience. Firstly, it took 2 hours for my pedicure (start to finish), while the people on my left and right side who started after me both finished before me. The nail tech working on my feet didn't understand how to do clouds on my 2 big toes (even when showing them a picture) so they asked a tech from the manicure/acrylic table to come do my design. I had hopes he would be able to do it. Unfortunately, I had to explain to the tech what tool to use to make it not look like someone just smeared paint onto the base color for $5 each big toe. The tech redid the design after I explained how I wanted it adjusted but after a second failed attempt, I decided it wasn't going to get better, and the tech didn't know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend getting a pedicure here unless you're just getting 1 solid color because basic toe designs don't seem feasible (at least from the 2 techs I had). Also, I paid for one of the most expensive bundles, but I just got lotion rubbed on my legs and feet for about 30 seconds each as my "massage," had noticeable dry skin still on my feet after the callus removal and lotion, my toe nails were not cut or trimmed (only filed), and the polish on one of my toes had a big bump. Very disappointing for a $75 gel pedicure. I'm really bummed because I really wanted to treat myself since this place has so many positive reviews but instead I'm left with a design I could have done myself at home. read more

I was excited to try Blooming based on the Yelp reviews: both my mom and I are on the hunt for our new go-to after our longtime favorite place changed ownership. I called and was given an appointment an hour later - awesome! I arrived, checked myself in on the tablet, and walked over to look at the color selection. I was surprised by what I saw: a display that was hard to see the colors, a shockingly small collection of colors, and half full bottles with product separation/settling (not a huge deal, but why leave them like this? Aesthetics matter). My toenails look great. But there's definitely smudges of lingering paint on my toe, where she'd missed my nail and didn't get it fully cleaned. She really helped my cracked heels, too. Not an easy feat when I'm so ticklish and am gripping the chair to keep from flinching and kicking her. But... she was overzealous with the cuticles at my nail bed and cutting them. It was PAINFUL and had me worried as that's not supposed to be cut like that! Again, my toes look great. There was another patron there who was seemingly quite a regular... invited to someone's wedding and even chatted with the same someone's (presumably) granddaughter... on speakerphone. This patron talked the entire time, LOUDLY. She was talking to other technicians 4 stations away, a patron at another station - anyone, and so loud. Her obnoxious, too-comfortable ways made for a far-from-relaxing experience... and no one asked her to lower her voice for the sake of others. read more
