I just moved to the Glendale area and was hoping to find a nail salon close to me. I was in luck this one's only five minutes from my house and it's by the mall, win-win!!! BeBe did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and nail art. Exactly what I asked her for. Honestly, it's the first time I've ever gotten nail art that I thought looked as good as my inspiration. I will definitely only go to her in the future. As far as my toes go, Mike also did a phenomenal job. He was incredibly detail oriented and gave a great Foot and leg massage. Also ladies... It was a beautiful, clean salon spa and had all new pedicure massage chairs. (I heard them talking about it with a previous client.) Unprofessional and uncomfortable. I've been a loyal customer to Me for nearly 5 years. This was the only nail salon I would go to for my gel manicures, despite my previous bad experiences. But the staff here has been actively trying to make me uncomfortable. Me even said that her manager doesn't want me there. The reason? My previous review. Instead of being a good business, and offering an apology for the bad experiences that their regular customer had, she has decided to lose a loyal customer. It's clear why it's been less busy for them now than in the past. Trust me, all the other salons I've tried in the area are much friendlier :) Side note, the chrome top coat that is an extra $12, is already chipping off my nails less than 24 hours after my mani. read more

I always book with Tom. He does a great job takes a little long about 2 1/2 hours but does a great job. Keep in mind first time there. Nails fall off they don't care about you as a customer you're just now a number and they only see dollar signs. The owner she is the rudest person I have ever encountered. As a professional business. If a customer, ask hey what is your opinion if I do this they say I don't care you tell me I'll do whatever you want. I need all I was asking was for their opinion, since they are a professional, and they do it every day. Had my nails done with the owner one day and that will be the last time. She is rude, disrespectful if she is doing your nails she shakes your hand. If you're tightening up your finger, she yells at you because you're too tight now it's hurting her arms and her neck because she's fighting me. She told me to turn my head and look at the wall. I used to go to the salon religiously. Matching nails and toes every three weeks. I moved to Chandler haven't gotten my nails done in a while decided to treat myself. It was so overpriced, and the quality of videos were even though. it seemed like they were just deciding on how much to charge me. instead of having a set price. The guy that did my toes was amazing. Very funny. Very nice. Lindsay is amazing at the designs. However, Henry is always so rough with my nails. I paid $120 for a full and a vip pedicure. Some of the nails are messed up. And are still painful the next day. Sad to say I will not be going back after being a loyal customer. read more

The lady (manager) cut me TWICE on my finger, I started bleeding and instead of apologizing she grabbed my arm and came at me with nail clippers trying to cut them off when I was applying pressure to my finger. Do not recommend!! I got my toes done 3 weeks ago. The service was terrible, he kept trying to push gel on me, I told him I didn't not want gel and he was very rude and aggressive . Fast forward to today. I went to get gel pedicure, and the guy that did my nails last time scolded me for not tipping him last time. Like I'm front of all the customers. My bestfriend and I came here to get acrylic sets for our toes for the summer. If I could give negative stars I would. I just want to start off when we got sat down 2 guys immediately started touching our feet with NO GLOVES! The other 2 people next to us were wearing gloves! They immediately turned up there drill and started drilling to the point our feet were already being cut and heat spikes on all our toes. My guy then pulled out cuticle trimmer AND RIPPED OUT IM GUESSING AN INGROWN!! Making me start bleeding down my toe! No remorse that he just made me bleed and ripped off almost my whole side toe nail. My bestfriend and I were looking at each other in pain they were so rough with our nails and we just started. They then started filing and drilling more not on our nail OUR SKIN. To the point our toes were already blood shot red. They then started applying acrylic which then made our toes look like talons and didn't even bother to ask my friend what length she wanted. We then proceeded to tell them multiple times to shorten our nails and gave us attitude everytime we asked. Once the acrylic was applied we went back to the drilling. Again over over started drilling our SKIN. At this point my bestfriend and I wanted to get up and leave! The whole time they were drilling our feet and skin we were in terrible pain and kept pulling away everytime they cut us and didn't even bother to say sorry. This is the most terrible nail place ever. We paid 120 all together to be in terrible pain the whole time. The toe pads they used to give me my French were USED!!!! They had gel and dirt all over them. ATP we just wanted to leave. When we got to the point we needed to pay the lady up front I'm guessing the Manager or owner Was peer pressuring us to leave a tip and wouldn't run our cards until my friend left a tip and wouldn't let me give the cash until she saw a tip in my hand!! This is absolutely ridiculous tipping is never mandatory!! I am a server and if I know I gave shitty service I wouldn't expect a tip! AGAIN IT IS NOT MANDATORY! Both of our toes are red and sore to the point we can barely walk our toes have cuts all over them. -100000/10 service never going back should have called police and made a report. Since we can't get our nails done in CA due to closures from Covid we decided to give this place a shot. We were super happy with the outcome! It was clean and they took their time on our nails. I've been going to Arrowhead Mall Nail & Spa for almost 2 years now. I am always very pleased with the service I receive and the result. I always get a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. Last week I went and got my dip manicure before my trip to Europe. Normally my nails last upwards of 3-4 weeks! When my nails started chipping within 3 days of my manicure I was obviously disappointed. Since I was on vacation I wasn't able to go in and get them fixed. I went in today, since it was the first day I was back and explained what happened and that I would like to have them fixed. They removed all of my nails and THEN went on to tell me it would be $25 to fix them. Keep in mind I am a LOYAL customer and have had nothing but great things to say about them in the past. I told them I would not be paying that since this was clearly their fault. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I also want to point out that I mentioned to the lady doing my nails that it was my first time in and it obviously made no difference to her. ( not saying I should get any sort of special treatment but at least be nice) so she stops mid way through and asks me to sit at a different station and says that they will finish up with me "later". Ok, I have gone to a few different places in these crazy times. I called and they were able to take me. I had a pedicure and a dip manicure by Me. That is her name. She did a great job. A regular pedicure is $18.00 and the dip was $40.00 very reasonable. When things are back to normal I will go back to this salon. read more

While I was getting my nails done, I got acrylic, my nail tech was filing them down and passed over one. When she moved onto my other hand, I asked her to file the finger she missed down politely. She had the audacity to tell me " next time you can do my nails, I need a nail tech." That was the rudest shit considered all I asked was for her to FILE MY NAIL. On top of that, my nails are so bumpy, not even the same length, misshapen, and each one has a different thickness. I was not happy leaving and I had to pay $80 for my set. This was the worst experience I had and the customer service on my nail techs behalf was trash. She is extremely fucking rude. read more

I have been going here for a couple of years and have never really been happy with the service but it was easy for me to go to. In the past I was over charged for a pedicure and my nails usually run 45-55 for short acrylic French tip. Today I go in with nothing on my nails because I had took the acrylic off the night before and got acrylic one color and was charged 45$ when the pricing board on the window says full set 30$. The guy doing my nails asks me if I want a pedicure and I told him maybe and he says yes or no and I said ok. Well he tried to stop what he was doing and move me to a pedicure chair and do both at the same time and I told him I did not want to do that because I wanted to relax while getting my pedicure. Well that made him mad and they starting talking in their tongue and I could tell it was about me because he spoke in English "not at the same time" which was what I said. so he finished my nails and had me pick a color and he said gel will last longer, I said that I prefer polish and I told him that twice. So he put me in a pedi chair and the guy doing my pedicure gave me a pricing list and I choose the spa pedicure which was 20$,. Well 35$ later and gel polish on my toe nails I was furious. I was man handled by the guy that did my pedicure and my nails do not look that great. The last time I got my nails done he told me he had to leave to go and pick up his kid from school and again my nails looked horrible. I am furious over the treatment and the price gouging. And there is something shady about the way they insist on you paying. read more
