It is very much reading as open online/google. According to the police and MVC no paperwork was put in the system and the bank (making payments to) has no title as well; they are actively pursuing the title as well. I've been calling/ outreaching relentlessly to no response; total ghost behavior and no communication. Never before in my life; i would be a victim of a scam like this and from a "dealership"Now I have a car that can't be registered, no title, and swept away with the down payment.

Dealer also refuses to correct incorrect paperwork filed with the dmv. horrible experience. first Omar is rude. Him the manager and finance guy were talking crap about me in the finance office while I was on the other side of the door. It probably should have been a good indication to leave then. I was talking with omar and did a pre approval for a car at one price. came in did the financing and suddenly the price increased by 3k that day without notice. They don't have window stickers on their cars so they can change the price on you after advertising at a lower price to get you in to look at their cars. on top of that there's tons of dealer fees. paid for a detail and the car was still dirty. paid for an inspection didn't get the report and the tires were very worn and no oil change was done. I was told I would get a call the next day to discuss the tires and any other issues. I didn't get a call. after a few days I left a bad google review to which I then finally received a call saying I could get tires Monday. Today is Monday I drove an hour there and they said they would only give the tires if I deleted my negative review. On my way there the oil light came on and the car I've had for less than a week had no oil. Horrible business. Be very careful shopping here. Took the car to be inspected and have the oil changed by an Alfa dealer after having several lights come on and not receiving the inspection report from the dealer which I paid for in those excessive fees. they informed me that the oil was dark with an after market filter and had not been changed recently and the oil was low. They informed me that Two of the tires are a safety hazard and in their critical zone and all four need to be replaced. It's unfortunate that the dealership only cares about the safety of their customers who leave them good reviews. Finance is also refusing to correct the paperwork they messed up on. They are threatening legal action against me for my honest review and won't correct their mistakes and lies. Due to the dealership changing my birthday from what is listed on my drivers license I am unable to access my loan account online and when I've emailed and called the dealer to correct the bill of sale and other info they have ignored my request and also disconnected the phone call. The only key fob that was provided to me was missing the internal metal key and the dealership informed me that I need to have a second one made soon because if the fob breaks or dies I cannot use the car without the metal key. Sometimes this happens when buying a used vehicle as well as the other damage to the vehicle. That's understandable and reasonable with a used car. Danny assured me that they would set me up with someone to come to my house and make me a second key at a discounted rate and he failed to provide that information to me so now I have to pay dealer prices for a key because they lied about that as well.

He went out of his way to let us test drive whatever vehicle we were interested in. Upon receipt of the truck it had been cleaned out, vacuumed, washed and looked great. It came with a 3 month warranty and we were happy. After driving the truck for a few days we noticed the air conditioning did not work. Jack sent us to Meineke a few times before we realized that it was going to be an expensive fix. Jack took care of it all and it was fixed to our satisfaction. Jack is honest and fair. I would recommend DEP Auto Sales if you are looking for a good used car at a fair price from a trustworthy source. Happy Shopping!

After a pretty exhaustive search and some scary test drives at used car lots around the tri state area, we feel like we got an excellent deal on a good, solid car for not a lot of money at DEP. Very satisfied with the entire process. Really nice people-- turned out I knew the owner, who is a longtime community volunteer. While we were there doing paperwork, several neighbors stopped by just to say hi to the guys working there. One guy brought his dog. Just a nice local business. The only thing I would caution buyers- I didn't hear back when I emailed for info a couple of times, perhaps they dont check it very often. So you're probably better off calling or just stopping in. But how often do you hear about a pleasant used car lot experience? This was one of them!

Regarding Vehicle Purchase from The Car House LLC…read more I am writing to express my concerns regarding a vehicle I purchased online from The Car House LLC in New Jersey on July 25, 2025. Unfortunately, the vehicle has proven to be unsafe. After the dealership replaced a cracked windshield, I discovered that the wiper sensor was faulty. During a service visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change on August 7, 2025, an employee informed me that metal shavings were found in the transmission pan. Additionally, the dealership had agreed to replace a damaged front grill before delivering the vehicle to my apartment; however, they only glued the existing grill instead of providing a new one as promised. Moreover, the driver's headlight is not functioning. On August 9, 2025, I visited Mavis Discount Tire, where I was informed that all four tires are worn and dry-rotted, and that the car shakes when exceeding 40 miles per hour. The technician also noted that the brake pads are nearly worn out. When I returned to Mavis to replace the tires, I learned that the rims are fractured and must be replaced before new tires can be installed.
