    More than an hours drive away, suddenly the car is twice the advertised price. Very dishonest business.

    This place is no longer Auto Handlers w/ Dave. It is now called City Motors. 3 yrs ago I purchased…read moremy sons 1st car here w/ Dave. 2003 Nissan. Came w/ 2 keys also! Loved Dave so much went back for a better and newer vehicle for my son. Dave WAS there at the time but today I found out he no longer works there. Their loss. Bought a Mercedes(2012) DID not haggle on price. Pd sticker price of 17 grand! My son left their w/ less then half a tank of gas, 1st of all. A month later it needed a strut total cost 700 bucks. Called 2x for the 2nd key. got the run around. On MY 3rd call I was told by Ms No Personality That that was it. no 2nd key BUT she would give me a name of a dealer to get a discount price! Can u believe that?? Every dealer gets u 2 keys! Never again will I go oR recommend ANYONE to this place. Not friendly. no personality. and to me...not a good dealer who will go above and beyond for their customer who bought a MERCEDES fr them! Plenty of other car dealers that will kiss ur ass as they take ur money!!! Her name is Alex....Hopefully they will get rid of her and business MAY b better! Customers will sure leave their happier!

I gave it up after checking with several mechanics that advised me it was dead in the water. Wouldn't even stay idling. I took a 6K bath! That's a lot of money to loose. A lot. For a car that lasted a couple of months. The car was leaking oil like crazy, so many problems I couldn't even list them all. The car would then shut off on me as I was driving. You can act like this won't happen to you but that's poor judgment in my book. Stay away. Gave them a chance to somehow make it up, even an "I'm sorry" would have done. Not a word.

In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. Ford, Case No. 2:24-cv-10721-MAG-CI Ford and Route 23 Automall need to do better.

I found my 2024 Ranger Raptor at this dealership. I sent an email late Sunday evening inquiry. I received a very prompt response from Brian the following Monday morning. We exchanged emails and texts throughout the day and had a deal. I filled out a PDF financing application, selected a few dealer installed options, which took a coupe days to receive and install by their service team, and picked up my new 2024 Ranger Raptor on Thursday morning. On Thursday, I had the privilege to meet with Brian in person. He is a knowledgeable, courteous professional! I then signed all the paperwork with the Finance Manager and was done in about 15 minutes. Brian took the time to help me get the Ford App on my phone and walked me through connecting Apple Air Play and all basic features on the vehicle. This was the absolute best modern car buying experience for serious buyers who value their time. I highly recommend with Brian Barna and the Route 23 Ford Auto Mall in Butler, NJ.

    My fiancé and I visited Route 23 Honda with our friend who needed a new vehicle. We visited on a…read moreweeknight and dealt with Sam in sales. I found Sam to be very typical and by that, I mean having a dismissive behavior towards a woman customer. Sam barely acknowledged my friend but was very interested in speaking to my fiancé. I did comment that my friend is the one who is purchasing the car and all communication should be directed towards her, not my fiancé. I was very put off by this and had the purchase been for me, I would have left and gone to another dealership. Alas, my friend is much more patient than I am because I can't tolerate that sort of outdated attitude. This communication by Sam continued throughout our visit and up until we went with my friend to finalize the purchase that weekend. The only saving grace was the wonderful finance manager, Rolando. He was hilarious and refreshingly straight forward so that my friend could make the best decisions for financing her new car. Aside from the subpar experience with Sam, everything else worked out wonderfully. I would recommend dealing with a different salesperson who understands that women are capable of buying cars.
