Upon receiving this letter, I called and found out they have closed their Haskell location and the new owners are getting tons of calls about this same issue and cannot do anything. Essentially I paid for extended warranty coverage but CMG did not pay the company and took the money.

In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. A few days later I decided I would give car dealers one more try. Prime Auto Imports backed up what had been advertised on their website, that there was no hidden fees. They were completely transparent and you knew what you would pay up front. I told the dealer that I was interested in this car and they moved some cars around, pulled the car out and let me test drive it with my girlfriend. They were never pushy, never annoying and were there to answer any questions I had, including questions about different cars around the lot. Classic bait-and-switch pricing…read more The vehicle was advertised online at one price, with small fine print saying dealer fees were not included. Once we arrived, we found out the "dealer fees" were nearly $5,000 and completely mandatory. We were told the fees covered things like reconditioning, detailing, tires, etc. -- basically the normal cost of preparing a trade-in vehicle for sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and have NEVER seen a dealership tack on almost $5,000 in surprise non-negotiable add-ons like this. Josh, the manager, told us this is "what dealers are doing now." If that's true, consumers should run the other direction. I do want to say Javian, our salesperson, was fantastic and handled everything professionally. The issue is clearly dealership management and pricing practices above him.

Hamed, the owner of the dealership said it had loud mufflers on it. Turns out a couple of weeks later when we went to get it inspected here in Pennsylvania, there was a big hole in the rusted out muffler and we had to replace most of the exhaust system $700. Now that it is getting warmer, in mid May, my Daughter tried to use the air conditioner and it blew out warm air. We took it to our mechanic who found that the Compressor is seized up and in need of replacement, another $700. Hamed had promised that they had gone through the truck before the sale to check for problems and that there were no issues. I've been trying to reach AMA Auto Sales and Hamed, but they conveniently never answer their phone. My advise to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, is to stay Hell and gone from this dealership. I had my motorcycle painted by this body shop as a recommendation by my mechanic "Peewee's Cycle…read moreRepair". After my mechanic removed my tanks and fenders off my motorcycle, he used the above mentioned body shop. When I had a meeting with the owner, we sat "with no rush" unlike most shops and spoken to like "the owner" of the object being painted. Most shops I have had my motorcycles looked over in the prospect of being the shop I will trust, they merely tell me "don't worry I'll take care of it" never asking my opinion. While myself and the body shop owner of the shop sat and discussed my particular likes and dislikes, we both agreed that I don't like bright colors or styles that are merely "eye catching" effect. As we spoke we both came up with a Root Beer type color. When we decided on the color he told me that he would use a light coat of black as a base coat to drab out the copper type color in the paint and add a fine metal flake that adds a little flash to the final color scheme, then a few coats of clear coat. When I saw the parts when they arrived back at Peewee's Shop, I was greatly delighted. The finish is extremely clear and the colors are very incredibly clear and vivid. I strongly recommend this body shop!!!!!!
