I bought a E350 wagon 2 years ago and had no trouble. With the car. I will definitely go back to buy another car.

To be honest i rate a business on how well they do after a mishap (especially as a business owner)…read more I had one bad incident and the service department went above and beyond to fix the issue. Owning a fleet of fords I've purchased from a few dealers. The best purchase was from rt 23 automall looking back. The price time saved and the honesty is impeccable. Biggest praise to Patti in the service department she always has your best interest at heart, she goes above and beyond is super helpful and her attitude and work ethic is contagious. She cares and has a calming and upbeat personality if that makes sense. I'd hire her in a second. And she def is the one that keeps the customers coming back. At least this one. She's proven that she can take care of her customers but most importantly she's honest if she can't squeeze you in because of the schedule she doesn't which is the most important trait in my book. All I want is honesty makes my life and others lives that much easier. Dropped off one of my salt trucks to have a harness for the back up camera replaced she made sure to get it back before the snow came. They have really risen to the occasion and prove they are the leader when it comes to Ford sales and service. Thank you again for all your help Patti. As a small business owner having people you can trust in different industries to handle their part when you need them to step up is the most important and such an integral piece to any small business succeeding and Patti never disappoints. She deserves the praise and recognition. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU PATTI!!! You've made me a rt 23 automall believer.

My Son has been gettin a runaround for 5 weeks. see his review …read more If I could give a negative review I would. In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. Ford, Case No. 2:24-cv-10721-MAG-CI Ford and Route 23 Automall need to do better.

At first, we were planning to just take a look and then head back to enterprise after they picked up the car. And I was almost ready to leave after a seemingly cold welcome from Junior. But my mom and brother insisted on a test drive. Junior came along with us and was a really pleasant guy. I definitely had a rough first impression, but Junior quickly turned it around for us, letting my brother do another test drive as he got the paperwork all setup. By the time we got back, Junior didn't waste any time trying to get me with the typical sales tactics "activation fee on a certified car, add-ons, etc." When I told him where I was starting, he immediately went straight to a more realistic number. Within an hour, we had agreed on an OTD price and he looked into the financing and Honda cash incentives that were available to us to help make it work. I paid a little more than I wanted to, but the great service and kind approach that Junior had was worth it. One of my top 3 fastest car negotiations (I've done more than 50 in the last 10 years). Junior was incredibly kind and patient, helping my brother navigate the paperwork and what was needed since it was his first time buying a car. What was really great was how he treated my mom and brother with respect, always answering their questions and asking if they needed any water or coffee as we waited for financing and terms to come through. Dave, his manager also came out to shake my brother's hand and provide us with all the certified pre-owned paperwork and Junior got us in and out of financing with George within 30 minutes. I was very happy that George didn't push when we said no to the extra protection packages (that's how they get you!). I was holding off to post a review until we got our mats (Junior got us the all weather CRV monogrammed ones), worries that they wouldn't honor it. But we had all the paperwork in a USB drive that included the IOU and free lifetime oil changes that came with the car. A week later, we got an email that the mats were in, but we had a new problem - the battery was dead after only 110 miles. We had to jump start the car each time we got in. My brother sent Junior an email, and he texted us back within an hour on July 4th. Despite the holiday and him going on vacation over the weekend, he got us setup with service and informed Dave Bradley (his manager) for the next morning. I stopped by to talk to Dave first thing in the morning, and he kindly helped us out, setting us up with a new battery from service. Maegan helped me out and checked in with me about the status of the battery test when she saw me after finding another customer. I addressing me by name. I thought there was going to be a fight to get service to talk to Dave over in sales, but to my surprise, they had already worked it all out. I just had to hop in the car and go home. Even though there were some bumps along the way, Dave and Junior put all my worries to bed. My family's always been skeptical about buying used cars, but we definitely will feel better about it if we can buy from Junior and Dave!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before making the trip, I called this dealership twice because I live in Brooklyn over an hour and a half away. Both times I specifically asked for an out-the-door price. I was told that they could not provide one over the phone and that I needed to come to the dealership and see the vehicle in person. I made the trip and met with the salesperson, who was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. When I asked for the out-the-door price, the conversation kept shifting toward monthly payments instead. He did work to see if I could purchase the vehicle with little or no money down, which I appreciated. I wasn't comfortable with the numbers at that time, so I told him I'd come back with my deposit. The following week, I returned with my deposit ready to purchase the vehicle. That's when I was finally presented with the out-the-door price, which included nearly $5,000 in dealer add-ons, plus another approximately $500 package. I'll attach a photo of the breakdown so others can see exactly what was included. While the salesperson was excellent, my interaction with the sales manager completely changed my opinion of the dealership. I found him to be arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than respecting that I wanted time to review the numbers, he used high-pressure sales tactics, including telling me he had turned down another deal for me and asking whether the person I had on the phone helping guide me through the car-buying process was going to co-sign for me. I found those comments unnecessary and disrespectful. Because of that experience, I will likely take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the salesperson did a great job, but the manager's attitude and the lack of transparency regarding pricing left a very negative impression.

Classic bait-and-switch pricing…read more The vehicle was advertised online at one price, with small fine print saying dealer fees were not included. Once we arrived, we found out the "dealer fees" were nearly $5,000 and completely mandatory. We were told the fees covered things like reconditioning, detailing, tires, etc. -- basically the normal cost of preparing a trade-in vehicle for sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and have NEVER seen a dealership tack on almost $5,000 in surprise non-negotiable add-ons like this. Josh, the manager, told us this is "what dealers are doing now." If that's true, consumers should run the other direction. I do want to say Javian, our salesperson, was fantastic and handled everything professionally. The issue is clearly dealership management and pricing practices above him.

Hamed, the owner of the dealership said it had loud mufflers on it. Turns out a couple of weeks later when we went to get it inspected here in Pennsylvania, there was a big hole in the rusted out muffler and we had to replace most of the exhaust system $700. Now that it is getting warmer, in mid May, my Daughter tried to use the air conditioner and it blew out warm air. We took it to our mechanic who found that the Compressor is seized up and in need of replacement, another $700. Hamed had promised that they had gone through the truck before the sale to check for problems and that there were no issues. I've been trying to reach AMA Auto Sales and Hamed, but they conveniently never answer their phone. My advise to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, is to stay Hell and gone from this dealership. They are crooks and will lie to your face with a smile and pat on the back. Joe Redondo

This dealership attracts customers by having people write FAKE reviews. 1- my husband and I purchased a used 2014 dodge journey from this dealership in March 2023, we paid the "dealer fee" yet and still had to go to DMV to file our own paperwork, the car had no inspection. We were given a temporary license plate (which I felt was given so our mechanic wouldn't realize it was a Lemon during the inspection process), AND then the lien wasn't even placed on the title, so we huge issues with the bank after the fact. This dealership ONLY cared about the money. 2- ONCE the car was taken to NY to a mechanic for the inspection within a week of buying the car, we were given a laundry list of issues we needed to fix just to get the car inspected and safe to drive. The car kept not starting(with the push to start), all of the tires were rotted, the shocks were rotted, the strut was literally hanging and were broken(mind you we could've died with our child in the car driving from NJ to NY), when we called the dealer multiple times all of a sudden they did not speak English and was unable to help. 3- fast forward to 3 months later and the car STILL doesn't start when we try to start it and is now STALLING while driving. Again several attempts to contact the dealer because who sells cars they know have issues. 4- Best advice is for you to RUN!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! The worst part is the car was SMOKING the day we looked at it and both salesmen came out with the mechanic and started to speak in their language, they asked us to wait and they sprayed some kind of spray on the engine to make it stop smoking. Guess what it stopped smoking just long enough for the lemon law to be passed the date of complaint.

After my mechanic removed my tanks and fenders off my motorcycle, he used the above mentioned body shop. When I had a meeting with the owner, we sat "with no rush" unlike most shops and spoken to like "the owner" of the object being painted. Most shops I have had my motorcycles looked over in the prospect of being the shop I will trust, they merely tell me "don't worry I'll take care of it" never asking my opinion. While myself and the body shop owner of the shop sat and discussed my particular likes and dislikes, we both agreed that I don't like bright colors or styles that are merely "eye catching" effect. As we spoke we both came up with a Root Beer type color. When we decided on the color he told me that he would use a light coat of black as a base coat to drab out the copper type color in the paint and add a fine metal flake that adds a little flash to the final color scheme, then a few coats of clear coat. When I saw the parts when they arrived back at Peewee's Shop, I was greatly delighted. The finish is extremely clear and the colors are very incredibly clear and vivid. I strongly recommend this body shop!!!!!!
