Your listing agent typically disappears about 10 seconds after the papers to list the house are signed. NOT Steve - nope, he was with us EVERY step of the way. He knows the market, he knows houses, he knows how to figure out what a house is worth, he worked tirelessly promoting our house BEFORE IT WAS EVEN listed. He counseled us throughout of the inspections, appraisals, etc. He brought us boxes, he helped us clean up. He even came back after we had left to do some additional clean up and to ensure our property was ok. When you know what you are doing, you make it look easy. Steve makes it look easy - the guy is a compassionate, professional, friendly, MORE than helpful guide and counselor during the process. Because of his counsel, I believe our home sold much faster and for a higher price than we would have otherwise gotten. I am happy to talk to anyone about Steve Rader. What a pro. What a nice guy. Steve is a guy you can trust. I feel very, very lucky to have had him on my side as I was selling my home.

After the first snow of the season in December, 2025, I was charged $160 for the snow removal and they not only did a poor job removing the snow, they didn't even remove the snow from all of the sidewalk. This was the 5-6" snow storm. The snow shorty after this was not much more than a couple of inches and they charged me $135. So for two snow removals I was charged $295 for a quoted amount that should have been $200 and they did a poor job each time. I fired this company and hired someone for half the price and they did a much much better job. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Was not our house and blamed US for messing up his day. My husband was always professional in his text to him, always polite about his not showing up when he said he would, and never getting upset OR feeling he was "special" (what does that mean, anyway?). Here is Dan's final text to us after my husband said we no longer wanted his service: " We have 1000's of clients every year since 1893. I am sorry that you are offended that I did not remember how special you are. I did assume, so that is my bad. Never claimed to be perfect. So, if you want to be a dick, we can certainly part ways. The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. I also had to call some heating and cooling assistance to do a vent cleaning which cost me over $1,800 along with all of the miscellaneous personal property that was flooded in the basement cost over $2000 which included yard tools, lawnmower, dining room table and chairs two twin size metal beds, a line, leaf blower, electrical weed, whacker and other miscellaneous tools. Caleb never sent the information about the follow up or evidence from the plumber and did not go forward with completely clearing out the debris his team had carelessly forced down into my sewer pipes. Caleb is very deceptive and his team has absolutely bad customer service . Caleb did not want to follow through with resolving the issue. His company has created Thousands of dollars of damage-during that period of them doing that tear out. They also ran off with my ladder and I had to complain to get it back which was It was a thief. Caleb completely ghosted me after I called him back after my basement flooded again almost a year later after a heavy storm. I was requesting the report from the original plumbers inspection, which I discovered that Caleb and the plumber had discussed father jetting of the sewer pipes to get all of the debris out, but Caleb did not go forward with the work, not taking responsibility for what his workers did and cost me detrimental property damage a year later . Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.
