Cherry did an incredible job on my pedicure, and I will definitely be coming back. My 7-year-old daughter also had a great experience. We both got manicures and pedicures, and we had such a wonderful time together. The atmosphere was welcoming, everyone was friendly and professional, and the service was efficient. I went for my schedule appointment with the person by name. The head guy gave me someone else as though I wouldn't recognize the face of the person who worked on my pretty feet. I guess they all go by the same name... So being the person that I am I went along with it. I'm so sick n tired of the patronizing customers to fit with who they want and expect you to spend $80 plus tip for a pedicure. The lady did not remove no cuticle from either of my 10 toes. I had to tell her if she didn't know how then don't bother. I was in the chair 50 minutes when others came after me and left 15 minutes before me with professional pedicure service. Got my nails done by Hanna and she did an amazing job. She was kind and asked me throughout my appointment if I was satisfied with my nails. I definitely was! I had shown her a photo of inspiration and of course told her it didn't have to come out exactly like the picture but she did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the result. Everyone there was very kind and I felt relaxed. I also got a pedicure (French tip) and it came out beautifully. I've been to nail shops where I felt stressed and upset but not at blossom nails. I went in on Saturday with my niece and sisters to get a pedicure and nails done, we decided to try this place out as I've heard great things, when we arrived they asked us to sit down to start with the nails, I got Susan she seemed super nice, she asked me how I wanted my nails I showed her the picture and she said she can do it, I said great, you know sometimes you show them a picture and they will tell you if they can't get it like that but she said there was no issue she can do it, everything was going well at least I thought until she started airbrushing the color on my nails and it started looking pink I told her I wanted red like the picture not pink she looked irritated, she added more color but it just made my nails thicker and a darker pink, I asked her if she can remove this color and use something more like what I wanted, she started removing and asked my to wash my hands again then started complaining with her coworkers about how I wanted a darker red, when I got back to the chair she tried again with the help of a coworker she got another color (still not the color I wanted) I was already done at this moment I just wanted to leave, I told her if she can't get it the color I wanted she could leave them with no color, she added another red on and then continued, I didn't say anything else as I was already upset and just wanted to leave I felt like I wanted to cry but I didn't want anyone to see me cry, after she was finishing she asked if I wanted to get my pedicure, I said no I'm good, I went to pay and she charged me $85 for the picture you see attached. I wanted to cry how bad they looked, I walked to my car in tears went to Sally's and then home I took off the horrible "ombré" Susan did. Mind you my sister's nails and pedicure came out great. 2 days ago I got my nails done here and the older asian lady does nice nails but is super aggressive . I came to this nail salon almost three hours before they closed and i asked the guy if they were able to do a full set and a pedicure which he replied yes. As i was getting my pedicure they kept bringing more clients in ahead of me for manicure when they could've just done mines while i got the pedicure (like they always do) i reminded the lady that was doing my pedicure that i also wanted a full set and she kept ignoring me. 45 mins before they close and a guy come up to me and asks me what i am getting done on my hands, i show him a picture and he replies oh that's too much detail and we're about to close i am not doing that. Another lady comes up to me and i show her a picture and says thats too much we are about to close. I told her that why did they tell me they have time to do it when i came in if they were not going to be able to do it. She said to come back another day, i explained to her that i am heading out of town and i cant come back another day. she said that if i want my nails done today i have to pic a different style. I show her another style and she wants to charge me $110 for basic French tip only because i want a flower in one of the nails. I explain to her that i always come here and the most I've gotten charged is $120 with pedicure and full set with design. She tells me they are about to close which my only guess is that she wants to charge me $110 for a basic set just because they are about to close??? When they had told me they had time to do it when i had walked in. I ended up getting regular French tip on my toes and hands and they charged me $20 extra because the lady who did my pedicure had left by now and this other lady charged me for a deluxe pedicure when i had a regular pedicure done. I don't think "we are about to close" its an excuse To raise the prices of a 75$ set to $110 and its unfair that they want to pick out your nail set for you which you are literally paying just because their excuse is that they don't have enough time. If you don't have enough time to do a service why have the costumer wait, just for you to say you don't have enough time and raise the prices as an excuse. read more

At the end she removed the dividers before she put in the top coat on, when she did my toes rubbed agains each other I asked her to please put them back but she never fixed my pinky. Me and my daughter went here for the first time today and it's so much better than what I used to go to. The price is affordable and the design is really good and they really focus on your nails. It is a little pricey for the pedicure and they did kind of rush it. Well that's because it is getting too very close time but my feet feels amazing. Jim, I think that's his name he's the one that did my nails I'm not sure the lady who did my feet and I'm not sure who did my daughters nails but it was another guy. He looks pretty young. I have been coming here off and on since they opened and have never had an issue with Blossom. Every nail tech I have worked with has always done exceptional work. My current nail tech is Jenny and she is amazing. I have never had nails that stay on as well as the ones she does. I wash my hands very frequently as I work with kids and my nails always stay on. Once I broke a nail off my new set and went in a few days later and they fixed it no charge. I personally feel like a lot of the issues that people have here are their own. They have you book online with a tech and pay a deposit to reserve your spot. It's pretty straightforward and I don't understand why people can't follow simple instructions like this and choose to complain about minuscule things. Me and my daughter went back in to try and have them fix the flower on her nails and spoke to the manager who was very rude and nasty and no help at all said they could fix her nail art and I told him if the nail tech could not do the art then she should have told my daughter this and the nail tech told me she tried to make the nail design close to the original design my daughter wanted . Not ok we don't pay for half service and that's what my daughter go the manager could have had a nail tech fix the flower or give my daughter half her money back or a free service something but then he proceeded to say if she didn't like her nails don't come back. I went here just to ask to have my nails polished only in a french tip. Keep in mind my nails were already done. The guy at the door told me they "Don't" polish nails that are done at another shop". Came to see Jimmy twice. My nail shape was great and although he was upset i wanted a layover instead of tips, he said he couldn't do the design i wanted. Which i know is possible bc I've had it done elsewhere. The nail is not completely covered though, the sides seem to lift from my real nail which shouldn't be when having a lay over. The first time my nail cracked. I asked him to remove it bc the crack was across the entire nail and it hurt. He said it was fine and he'd put gel over it. Well the same nail broke off a few weeks later again and underneath my nail ended up being green. Had he removed the nail and re did it, liquid would not have gotten into the crack where liquid would get in. She was very thorough and did such a good job with the nail design. I had the smoothing pedicure. It was very relaxing. I knocked my review 1 star because I think the chair I was in was broken.
