They offer a full service menu -- basic pedicure starts at $38, $48 for gel. I opted for the deluxe spa pedicure with gel because it includes paraffin wax at $68. On my first visit, I had requested regular polish, but I was distracted on my phone and didn't realize gel polish was applied until the UV lamp was already on my foot. Just a heads-up -- be mindful and confirm services as they go. I didn't say anything and accepted the extra charge. On my second visit, I did request gel from the start. Both pedicures were good but nothing to rave about. However, after my second visit, once I got home, I noticed my heel was snagging my sock. Upon closer look, I saw small cut marks from cuticle nippers. I already maintain my heels regularly with a pumice stone, so I was surprised. Whatever was clipped ended up leaving my heel rough, and it took some time at home to smooth it back out. No one should walk in with loved feet and leave feeling like they got SOS pads. That said -- would I go back? Yes. I'm hoping the heel issue was an isolated incident.
