Her pedicure technician warmly greeted her, handed her the menu book, and offered her complimentary beverages. I was never offered a drink or told refreshments were available. I've been to a few salons in New York City (Manhattan) that charged even more than this one in Long Island (Bayshore), but the customer service was exceptional. If you're going to charge luxury prices here on Long Island, the service should reflect that. Luxury pricing should come with a luxury experience!
