I often had debilitating spasms for several days at a time. Mike initiated a plan of therapeutic massage, coupled with advise on various stretches and movements that could help avoid the spasms. Over the course of time the core problems diminished significantly, to the point that I now consider myself to be on a "maintenance" program. I rarely experience spasms now. Although I didn't initially realize what was happening, I eventually understood that in addition to physical treatment Mike was also helping me to think about some of the causes of stress in my life. During various sessions we discussed how to approach problems, and how subtle shifts in perspective can alleviate the pressure one places on oneself. Mike and his practice has had a tremendous impact on my quality of life. I expect to continue this very successful routine for the foreseeable future! Also, Mike's wife Rhonda has a hair salon in the same studio. She does my haircuts and my wife uses her for her "styles". We depend on Rhonda to keep us looking good!

Thomas sat with us and talked while we waited to get in the salon chair. He cracked jokes and made us feel so welcome.
