I wanted almost an hour to get my toes done and when it was time to get my nails I told the girl who was going my nails I wanted short ombré nails and I kept telling her over and over please cut it shorter and yet my nails are not at all what I wanted. I asked for the sea salt pedicure, and my nail technician did an excellent job. She was thorough friendly and very fast. My only slight complaint was that there wasn't much communication before, or after she was done. I asked them if I needed to pick a color and they brought it over a bunch of color samples. I also told her which pedicure I wanted so that she didn't just assume that I wanted the most expensive one. Maybe this was something she was going to ask and I was just being impatient, but it just was unclear what the actual process was. When done, she just moved on to another customer and I had to figure out when it was time for me to pay and leave. Really good, and clean place and would be back, although I'm going to try a few places closer to home.

I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. There was spa type music playing and it was very relaxing. The salon was spotless and you can tell they are very attentive to sanitation. The staff were so friendly and nice, and my nail tech asked multiple times during my services if I liked how they looked, which I greatly appreciated! They offer complimentary beverages to include mimosas or margaritas! The prices were very reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of nail services. I am VERY picky about my nail salons more now than I ever have been, but this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I was greeted by Apple when I walked in, the salon was spotless, and it smelled nice (I wasn't slapped in the face with the smell of chemicals like most salons). They seated me quickly, and the nail technician was nice and extremely detailed with the pedicure. I did not feel rushed at all, and although I was just there for a pedicure, I will be back for more services. I can't stress enough how clean and nice the salon looked. Then Steven came over...he was adamant that they could not do what I wanted in the picture in gel, so I was about to give in and do powder just so I could get it done. Then he says, but I would have to add tips. I have pretty long nails that I have taken good care of, waiting to get my nails done for this week. I definitely did not need or want tips. I said, "you can't just do it with powder? that is what you said," and he said, "no we would need to do tips." So then since he wouldn't do it without tips, I said well I will just do something else and I felt super rushed to pick something out. I would have been more prepared if they told me they couldn't do it in the beginning. After deciding quickly on a color, Steven started my manicure. He seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in the car and looked at my manicure, I could see spots where he should have filed and also weird spots/marks on my nails. I was there for almost 2 hours! The girl at the desk said if you are unhappy with the manicure that I could come back and they could redo it, but I don't have time for that. I came in without an appointment and there were 4 people working. I had to wait about 30 mins, which i was fine with as they set me up in a massage chair with a sea salt soak so it was extra time to relax. The lowest price pedi is $35, but I chose the $55 special which includes the sea salt soak. They have TONS of options. My skin is feeling dry this winter, so I went for the olive moisturizer soak. There are tons of color options and I'm pleased with the service. I get a manicure every 3 weeks and have a tech I go to downtown, but this location is great for my twice a year pedis. Recommended!
