The guy who did my pedicure was nice but my service felt rushed. He completed my pedicure in 15 min. I mean he was extremely fast which made me feel as though he did mot thoroughly clean my cuticles, etc. I would come back to get serviced by someone but not the same guy. Before I made the appointment, I showed the girl at the desk what I wanted done for a manicure. She said they should definitely be able to do it. I got there and it was super busy, but they sat me in a pedicure chair right away. I think a waited at least a half hour for someone to come over and start my pedicure. My feet felt like they were turning into prunes sitting in the water for so long, and the water was pretty cold at that point. The pedicure itself was pretty good. I thought Anthony did a really good job. From the time I got there until right before my pedicure, I was told about 3 times that they should be able to do what I wanted for a manicure. Then they said well that picture is the powder dip, but we can try gel. The man sat me down for my manicure and said he would go look for the color. Then Steven came over...he was adamant that they could not do what I wanted in the picture in gel, so I was about to give in and do powder just so I could get it done. Then he says, but I would have to add tips. I have pretty long nails that I have taken good care of, waiting to get my nails done for this week. I definitely did not need or want tips. I said, "you can't just do it with powder? that is what you said," and he said, "no we would need to do tips." So then since he wouldn't do it without tips, I said well I will just do something else and I felt super rushed to pick something out. I would have been more prepared if they told me they couldn't do it in the beginning. After deciding quickly on a color, Steven started my manicure. He seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in the car and looked at my manicure, I could see spots where he should have filed and also weird spots/marks on my nails. I was there for almost 2 hours! The girl at the desk said if you are unhappy with the manicure that I could come back and they could redo it, but I don't have time for that. I went today and the service was completely awful. I wanted almost an hour to get my toes done and when it was time to get my nails I told the girl who was going my nails I wanted short ombré nails and I kept telling her over and over please cut it shorter and yet my nails are not at all what I wanted. The outside of the place had plenty of parking, cute little nail salon I figured I might as well go inside and see how long it would be for a pedicure. As soon as I walked in I noticed a sign that said "cash only" I assumed this wasn't an everyday thing but more of an issue with the pay system but no biggy. The shop was not busy, only one lady getting her nails done. All the nail technician were standing around conversating as I waited patiently for someone to ask me what I needed done. Once we had established what I needed I was told to go sit in the first chair, the nail technician came over and started to fill the basin with what I would consider cold water. I asked her to make the water hot which must of meant warm in her mind. As I sat there my feet soaking in the warm water she turned around and continued talking and joking with the other nail techs. After about 10 minutes my nail tech focused her attention on me and started my pedicure. I ended up getting a basic pedicure for 40.00, usually I would get the middle costing one but I didn't know how long I could stand being in a shop where the laughing and joking were obnoxiously loud. (After all I wanted to relax) The pedicure: The Pedi was what I paid for VERY BASIC. The nail tech must of thought that I was fragile because the way she was gently touching my nails was not it! The gentle filing of my nails did absolutely nothing, and removing any ingrown nails or whatever they do when they get into the sides of nail wasnt even a thing . As she finished up she painted my nails, collected my money and turned on a little mini fan to blow on my nails, never seen her again. As I sat there my face must of showed my annoyance cause another lady had someone else come check to see if my nails were dry and I left. When I got home I noticed my cuticles were painted and the polish was uneven. I don't think I will be going back, very unwelcoming as I wasn't spoken to once after my initial request.

It was like a race to get it done and that was the only thing I didn't like about the visit. The actual pedicure was amazing but it was over as soon as it started. I had some free time to myself and decided to stay downtown versus going to the northeast to one of the usual places I like to go.    It was a Saturday, and with that being said, it was packed and I did not have an appointment. The wait wasn't too horrific for them to be as busy. Some of the employees were welcoming, and some were just not. I actually debated leaving because I didn't feel comfortable. However, I believe he was the manager, stepped in and provided me with an update, reassured me with an update on the status of being provided a service, so I decided to stay.    The guy that provided the service for my nails was moving fast. A callus scrub is an extra, which is a bit bizarre to me because I thought that was always a part of a pedicure. I got gel on my toes. I was only shown one color ring and asked if they had additional color options. Another young lady brought me about two more rings, so I chose amongst those options.    My nails were not shaped properly, and they were really thick. I'm not one to complain at the nail shop because of the complicated process, so I said to myself, "They were good enough for me to get out of there." They didn't look bad, but they didn't look great.    The most disappointing part of the experience was after I left in my slides. I returned home looked down and the gel was peeling up! I was mad. I am not going to lie. I did call and message them on Facebook, and they told me to come back up and speak with the manager, but I never got another opportunity to do so between working and being a mom. Also, shortly after that, my nails started to peel up, so I just let it go, moved on, and returned to a previous place.    If it was an emergency, this place would probably be my second or third option. Once again, not terrible but not great, especially for the price.
