Made an appointment while visiting. I have had a few blow outs prior to but never seemed worth my time or money. Well, after this appointment I realize I just wan't going to the right place. I scheduled a service for my boyfriend's daughter's 16th birthday for her and one of her friends (I originally scheduled for her and two of her friends). All three of them of course wanted to go at the same time however, when I asked about availability for the three of them it wasn't quite possible because the only time slot that was available was when the girls were still in school. I spoke to Nicole via Instagram and she went above and beyond to fit the three girls in at the same time. One of the girls had to cancel last minute and Nicole was very friendly about it, even though I felt horrible cancelling one of the girls after Nicole went above and beyond. The girls loved their hair and had a great time at the salon. The birthday girl told me that her stylist was very nice and very informative. Amazing experience on my first visit with Randy. I love that I've finally found an upscale blowout bar! They use mainly Kerastase which is all I ever want to use, once you try it you'll never go back to regular shampoo and conditioner. I upgraded to a treatment and had curls added. That was bad. Just walked out after a 2 hour long blow dry with Alexis. After doing what I thought was enough research I came across this place and decided to book. Warning - if you have textured hair if any kind, they won't be able to do it. I sat in the chair for 2 hours and left with probably the top 3 worst blow drys ever. Oh and it was $80. If you work at a blow dry salon and you have to flat iron someone's roots - this isn't the gig for you. All I can say is that there is room for improvement. read more

They give amazing scalp massages when washing your Hair along with a warm towel under your neck. Feels so good! They also use salon quality Keratase and Amika styling products. Impressive Service! The moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and offered water & champagne. Their facility is impecable and chairs were extremely comfy. Alexis was very nice and gentle while washing my hair. After conditioning treatments and an amazing massage I was taken back to my seat for the blow out. Alexis made sure to ask what products I was ok with and made sure she styled it the way I preferred. The vibe was very relaxed and fun. We had great conversation and left feeling like a rockstar! My hair felt velvety soft and products used did not weigh my hair down which is extremely important to me.
