And points me in right directions while still giving me similar to what I had in mind but in a way that suits me best. Jessica is also just the best vibe reader. If you want to gossip and talk? She will gossip and talk. If you want it to be quiet and just read or scroll, she will be mindful to only speak when it's important information and walking through steps of what she is doing for you to be informed. She fluctuates so well and is just a super kind and gentle person. In addition the head massages she gives are amazing. I am autistic and I have sensory issues up the wazoo that I can't have people touch me for long periods of time or even (3 seconds sometimes) like a massage, especially my scalp and you can imagine how tense I am if I never get the kinks and tension massaged out. For some reason, Jessica just does it right. I melt into her hands and she gives perfect pressure, she gets all the good spots, and keeps the water warm (if you like it warm). The first review spoke about how the stylists discussed how difficult my hair was to blowout while working on me, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and guilty for even coming in in the first place. After that experience, I decided to give them another try and left feeling better about this location. I deleted the review and moved on. Please be aware if you have any texture or thickness in your hair, you will be disappointed. Every time I've come in, I've left notes for the staff to give them a heads up that I have thick and curly hair and to please give whichever stylist a heads up. If, for whatever reason, my hair is too challenging to work on, I'd rather them call me to tell me and cancel my appointment instead of wasting my time. Today, was my final straw at this location. It seems like no matter what, the staff is always struggling to blowout my hair. You'd think between 3 different stylists my hair would turn out looking somewhat decent.... you'd be wrong. I knew as soon as they turned me around in that chair that I'd have to come home a fix my hair, which is exactly what I had to do. The 2 stylists were in a rush to leave to their other commitments, which I totally understand. I don't mind if a stylist has to hand me off to someone else, I really don't care if that happens 5 times during my appointment, I just want my hair to look nice. But, if everyone is in a rush and there's no one to take over for them then the quality of the blowout falls through the cracks. I'm not sure if it's due to them being short staffed, or a scheduling error, or no one wants to deal with my hair, I honestly don't know, but at this point it's just getting ridiculous. Below I'm attaching a picture of what my hair looked like coming home straight from the salon. I had to go back in with a flat iron over everything. For reference, I asked for my hair to be straight. That's it. No curling, not any crazy updo or style, just straight and flat ironed. Why am I paying $70+ for something I have to come home and fix? If I wanted a crappy blowout I would've stayed home and done it myself.

So disappointed. I am currently sitting at Drybar waiting for the stylist to re-curl the hair again. It's a waste of my time to come back here. No I'm sorry, no let's try to deep condition and salvage what you have. No refund, no accountability. He said "extensions and bleach don't damage your hair". Ummm there's a reason I said no bleach.
