And points me in right directions while still giving me similar to what I had in mind but in a way that suits me best. Jessica is also just the best vibe reader. If you want to gossip and talk? She will gossip and talk. If you want it to be quiet and just read or scroll, she will be mindful to only speak when it's important information and walking through steps of what she is doing for you to be informed. She fluctuates so well and is just a super kind and gentle person. In addition the head massages she gives are amazing. I am autistic and I have sensory issues up the wazoo that I can't have people touch me for long periods of time or even (3 seconds sometimes) like a massage, especially my scalp and you can imagine how tense I am if I never get the kinks and tension massaged out. For some reason, Jessica just does it right. I melt into her hands and she gives perfect pressure, she gets all the good spots, and keeps the water warm (if you like it warm). I brought my two teenage daughters in because I wanted to have them matched for a tinted moisturizer. Since they're young and just starting to deal with some acne and blemishes, I specifically wanted products with cleaner ingredients that would be appropriate for their skin. Jodi took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and did an amazing job matching both of my girls. What really stood out to me was the amount of time and genuine attention she gave us. She never made us feel rushed, and she was so patient throughout the entire process. You can tell when someone truly cares about helping their customers, and Jodi absolutely does. This is exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you go into a store, especially when you're trusting someone to help your teenage daughters find products that are right for them. My last visit was on October 1, 2018 actually because they had rescheduled my engagement photos and when they moved up the date of the shoot, I was left scrambling to find a spot to do hair and makeup almost at the last minute. They came through. If not, I probably would've postponed the shoot yet again. Trust me when I say there was just no alternative... I booked an appointment over the phone and luckily was able to have a team work on me to get hair and makeup done in a shorter amount of time. I showed them my attire and they got to work to help me put together my look. The end result was just amazing.
