Omar, Eric and the rest of the BluCrew were great to work with. About a year ago, we did business with Moon Nursery, and to be polite, we were completely dissatisfied and discouraged. We found BluCrews card at Curbys Nursery here in town and gave them a call to see if they could help. Omar met with my wife, was on time, straight forward and very polite. We decided to move forward with our project and are glad we did. We are completely satisfied with the end result and overall professionalism of Omar and Eric. They completed our project as promised, and came back two or three times after the fact to check on everything and make sure were completely satisfied. They also let us know they would be coming back again in a month or so to fertilize the area, pretty awesome follow up if you ask me. We have over 30 palm trees that were in need of some maintenance. The palms were overgrown and bundles of palm nuts and flowers started to fall into our yard as well as our neighbors. I contacted BluCrew to get an estimate for our palm maintenance as well as a weekly lawn service. They were prompt in responding and scheduling a time that worked for us. They did a quick and tidy job in cleaning up all the trees as well as picking up all the debris afterward. Their employees are hard working and couldn't have been happier with the end result. If I could rate them at 4.5 stars, I would. From the very beginning of our contact with BluCrew, they have been professional and hard working. Omar came and gave us a fair estimate and then their crew began the work on our large 5 acre clean up & 75+ tree trimming. Eric came out each time the crew was here to check on everything and communicate with us what would happen next- this was a multi-day project. The only reason I didn't give them a perfect score was the project took a bit longer than we expected. However, in the end everything was beautiful and clean!
